Box construction - Import export

Our custom made cardboard pallet box is often used for export and product shipments to customers. They are also used for internal processes within production companies. CUSTOM MADE Carton pallet boxes are available in many sizes, up to a length of 2400mm. Depending on the products inside and the desired load capacity, we choose the appropriate type of box and box construction together with you. LOAD CAPACITY Cardboard pallet boxes can have a load capacity of more than 1,000kg and with a special construction even up to 4,000kg. These pallet boxes can not only handle heavy loads but also offer solid benefits to manufacturers and distributors who need to transport and store products on a daily basis, regardless of their size, shape, or weight. The material they are made of – corrugated cardboard – makes cardboard boxes easy to recycle, reusable, and cost-effective for one-time use.

Product Features: • Moulded from a grey, glass reinforced polyester. Smooth finish. • Includes gasketed lid with two piece "tongue and groove" construction. • Heavy duty, thick wall design. • North America Mark of Safety - C UL and UL listed. Industrial Control Panel Enclosure Certified to NEMA 4, 4X standards (UL 508A) - File #E65324 and IP66 rated. • Impact rating of IK08 per IEC62262. • Lid contains self captivated stainless steel screws. • Gasket material is Mohogumi rubber (EDPM). Heat resistance 100-120°C, cold -40°C. • Easy wall mounting via "through box - blind hole" construction, outside of the gasket protection. • Internal mounting shelf and bonding / mounting nuts moulded in. • Optional 16 gauge, galvanized steel inner panels available.

Product Features: • Ideally suited for mounting printed circuit boards horizontally. • Internal sides of enclosures are smooth for easy connector installation except for the largest enclosures. The 1591XXF size is a universal type which includes P.C. boards standoffs in the lid and enclosure PLUS includes card guides. • Strong tongue and groove lid to box construction provides protection against access of dust and splashing water. • Designed to meet IP54. • Lid and box both contain- moulded in PC board standoffs. • Standard black and grey versions moulded from easy to machine, flame retardant ABS plastic (material carries a UL flammability rating of 94V-0). • Transparent blue and all economy versions are moulded from general purpose (not flame-retardant) plastic. • Stocked in satin texture black and grey.

Product Features: • Very economical - thick wall - diecast aluminium - watertight electronic instrument enclosure. • Rugged, diecast aluminium alloy (tough - yet easy to machine). • Two piece "tongue and groove" construction for protection against access of dust and water. • Ideal for repetitive opening and closing. • Easy to wall mount using "through box - blind hole" construction (on all sizes except: 1550Z102, 1550Z115 and 1550Z120). Access to blind holes is outside of gasket ring for superior protection. • Unpainted version is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. • Textured black version is coated with tough polyester powder for a lasting finish, even after machining. Finish is applied to the entire enclosure (inside and out). • Lid secured with either two, four or six (count varies with size) stainless steel, Philips head, counter sunk, machine screws - into factory tapped holes.
