The Zurcon® Scraper ASW has an additional supporting bead on the inner surface which prevents twisting of the scraper in the groove, also preventing impurities from reaching the back of the scraper. The Turcon® Excluder® 2 is a double-acting O-Ring energized scraper that has two functions: a) to scrape contaminants from the retracting piston rod to prevent soiling of the system and b) to hold back the residual oil film on the extending piston rod on the medium side. The O-Ring maintains the pressure while the Excluder® 2 performs the scraper function. Excellent sliding properties and stick-slip free.

A double-acting O-Ring energized piston seal which includes a polyurethane seal ring - suitable for dynamic applications. The Zurcon® Wynseal is a tear and abrasion resistant seal with an especially high sealing effect, aided by the special design of the seal edge profile.

Turcon® Variseal® W2 is a single-acting seal consisting of a U-shaped jacket and a corrosion-resistant Slantcoil® spring. This spring provides an almost constant load regardless of hardware tolerances and seal wear. Suitable for reciprocating and light duty rotary movement, it is often interchangeable with an O-Ring and Back-up Ring.

The Turcon® Variseal® M2S is a single acting seal with scraper lip, based on the design of the Variseal® M2, consisting of a U-shaped seal jacket and a corrosion resistant V-spring. The asymmetric seal profile works well even in media with high viscosity and the Turcon® material and V-spring makes it compatible with a wide variety of fluids and chemicals.

A double-acting O-Ring energized seal, the Turcon® AQ Seal® is suitable for sealing between two media such as fluid and gas. It consists of a Turcon® ring and an X-ring or Quad-Ring® inset into the dynamic sealing face. It has excellent sliding properties with no stick-slip effect and can be installed into small spaces.

The double-acting Turcon® AQ Seal® 5 incorporates an elastomer Quad-Ring® and is energized by two O-Rings to improve sealing behavior. It demonstrates excellent results in applications requiring media separation, e.g fluid/fluid or fluid/gas. Works well in higher pressure applications and has a higher sliding speed compared to the AQ Seal®.

The Turcon® Glyd Ring® T is a double-acting O-Ring energized rod seal for dynamic applications, offering low friction with no stick-slip, minimal break out force and high wear resistance. The trapezoidal cross-section of the Turcon® Glyd Ring® T provides very good static leak-tightness and the angles of each lip are designed to provide improved leakage control and better resistance to extrusion.

O-Rings are the most widely used seals because they are efficient and economical and can be used in a wide variety of static and dynamic applications. O-Rings can be used to seal practically all liquid and gaseous media and they are available in elastomeric and other materials including EPDM, FKM and NBR, among others.

Double Delta® combines the flexibility and response of O-Rings with the wear and friction characteristics of the Turcon® materials in. The double acting performance of the seal follows from the symmetrical cross section which allow the seal to respond to pressure in both directions. Initial contact pressure is provided by radial compression of the O-Ring. When the system pressure is increased the O-Ring transforms this into additional contact pressure, the contact pressure of the seal is thereby automatically adjusted so sealing is ensured under all service conditions.

POLYPAC® - Veepac is a set of fabric reinforced Chevron rings comprising of a support ring , sealing rings and a pressure energising ring . In the packing set the energising axial force is transferred between the individual packing rings so that each ring is pressed into positive contact with the rod surface. Additional to the standard material special material grades are available for a large variety of working conditions.

The POLYPAC® - Balsele is a compact rod seal consisting of an elastomeric sealing element and an integrated fabric reinforced base. Due to the radial pre-load an excellent sealing performance will be achieved even at low pressures. The fabric reinforced base prevents the seal from extrusion.

A single-acting rod seal, Zurcon® L-Cup® is an alternative to the U-Cup. It is a highly effective sealing system offering optimized sealing performance and extended service life. With exceptionally low friction properties, it has high wear resistance, back pumping ability along with high static and dynamic tightness.
