CF 30 G equipment is supplied completely assembled and ready for operation. The dust collection unit is suited for intermittent operation only, because regular cleaning of the pocket filter element in certain intervals is an absolutely must for the proper operation of the equipment. The cleaning intervals will depend on the operating conditions and must be established by experience. Normally cleaning intervals will be between operating times of 30 minutes to two hours. It is a prerequisite for sufficient and intensive cleaning of the filter cloth that dust collecting is interrupted during cleaning to achieve static pressures on the filter material. A retention time of 1 - 2,5 minutes between the end of the suction and the beginning of the cleaning process is therefore required. The filtered air must be removed outside - do not lead back to closed rooms!

Cyclo-filters are devices, which are applied mainly in the heat industry to de-dust grate boilers. We apply them in order to warrant dust emission not exceeding 100 mg/Nm3 for 6% O2. Our BlueClean® HC PRO Lite is designed as a compact and cost-effective solution to your dust and fume extraction needs which can be supplied as a true ‘plug and play’ filter unit. All key elements of the unit are integral; therefore, easy to install and commission. The HC PRO Lite can house between 2 and 8 filter elements. The Proguard Eazi-Zip door is ideal for creating a temporary doorway through polythene walling. Featuring a self-adhesive double zipper, the door affixes to any polythene screening to create a sealable opening. They are perfect for allowing easy access to a dust containment area. The Eazi-Zip door can be installed in a matter of minutes by simply sticking the two zips side by side approximately 1 metre apart then use a knife to cut down the back of the screening material. The doors are suitable for use with screening props and polythene sheeting to create a temporary screen (sold separately). Size: 2.1m high
