It can be used to make markings such as serial numbers, time stamps or 2D codes on various materials. The wireless communication and the lithium-ion battery integrated in the head allow you to benefit from a 10m radius around the controller to make your markings in total freedom! Its multifunctional support foot guarantees stability and marking of flat and cylindrical parts. On the controller side, its intuitive software allows you to create marking files in a few clicks, while being connected to a network if necessary. It has a preventive maintenance module and a software suite. It has VESA 100 mountings so that it can be attached to the support of your choice, including the 3 solutions developed by Technomark. Easy has the Intelligent Driving Impact function which guarantees the quality of the marking regardless of the differences in level between the part and the stylus.

Combo is a 2-in-1 marking machine that allows you to benefit from both a portable and benchtop machine. In bench top mode, the marking head is mounted on a column base to mark parts up to 290mm high. The quick shift function facilitates transitions between parts by quickly adjusting the height of the head on the column. The grooves in the base allow various workpiece holders, such as a rotary axis, to be attached. In portable mode, you have a 10m range to mark freely thanks to the wireless communication and the 22V lithium-ion battery integrated in the head. Its multifunctional support foot guarantees stability and marking of flat and cylindrical parts. On the controller side, its intuitive software allows you to make your markings in a few clicks, while being connected to a network if necessary. EXTRAORDINARY PEAK POWER The Hybrid laser is characterized by its peak power and extremely short pulse duration. Thanks to its high peak power of up to 150,000 W per shot, which is 15 times more powerful than a standard fiber laser at the same energy level, it offers a unique interaction on plastics for high-contrast marking permanent marking. DPSS LASER The small diameter of the laser spot is combined with a very short pulse duration of 8ns, 10 times shorter than a standard fiber laser. The quality of the direct marking is perfect, with no halos or distortion due to heating. It is the ideal solution for applications requiring thin marking and perfect aesthetic results such as the horology and jewelry sectors. VERSATILITY: METAL OR PLASTIC ENGRAVING All types of direct marking finishes are possible thanks to the power range of the HYBRID laser. TOUCH & MARK The large color touchscreen and onboard control software make training a thing of the past. The intuitive system allows you to start marking text, logos and 2D codes straight away. Also metal plate engraving makes it the best engraving machine for metal. It makes the operator’s life easy and does not require a computer. I-SENSE DOT PEEN MARKING STATION The I-Sense function detects the surface of the workpiece, automatically adjusts the height of the Z-axis and starts marking with no intervention on the part of the operator. Several adjustment modes are available: automatic mode, programmable mode and normal mode, which allows manual adjustment. DYNAMIC DOT CONTROL Obtain a perfect result every time with the IMPACT DDC™ feature, a technology which enables automatic adjustment of point density according to the required size and depth of marking.

TOUCH SCREEN Just press the touch screen and the LW2 takes care of the rest! The door closes automatically, the laser is positioned at the right focus height, the marking is done in a few seconds and the door opens. This laser station does not require training. Just prepare your marking jobs and load them into your industrial marking solution via the USB port.
