The UNI lock mounting clamps can be installed in any position on machine tables, fixtures or workholding equipment (tooling plates, cubes, tombstones etc). The modular design enables the number of clamps and distance between them to be ideally adjusted to suit the clamping task. The clamps can be supplied with or without rotation lock. The high clamping forces are generated by the integrated spring package (the unit clamps when depressurised). Compressed air is applied to release the clamp. The following holding forces are possible with the UNI lock clamping bolt in conjunction with M10, M12 or M16 fastening screws: Holding force (M10) 35,000N Holding force (M12) 50,000N Holding force (M16) 75,000N Supplied with: 1x clamping module incl. 6 fastening screws. 6x screw protection caps. 2x air connection O-rings. 1x installation O-ring.

Completely mounted multi-clamping stations with integrated UNI lock Ø138 mm mounting clamps. The clamping stations are secured to the machine table directly or with clamps. Common bore patterns are pre-centred on the rear side for mounting. Clamping stations can be aligned via the 14H7 reference holes. The clamping stations are actuated via a central pneumatic connection. The high clamping forces are generated by the integrated spring package (the unit clamps in the de-pressurized state). The release process occurs pneumatically. The quarter turn lock can be installed pre-assembled. Housing with fastening nut and plate cylinder, same key locking, incl. 2 keys (lock type 1333). Please order required tongue version separately. Every tongue can be combined with every housing.

The fastening nut has claws allowing it to be used as an earthing nut. Water and dust proof as per IP65 through the O-ring and flat seal. The lockable quarter-turn locks are supplied with 2 keys. The key can be removed in both positions (open and closed). The cylinder locks have a single-key system, i.e. the same key works in all locks (lock type 101 or 1333). This quarter-turn lock is vibration-resistant through a detent mechanism in the end position. Right or left mounting with 90° closing and internal rotation limit. The quarter-turn lock can be installed pre-assembled (limitations by small A-dimensions and thick doors). Tested according to DIN EN 60068-2-64 (vibration) and DIN EN 60068-2-27 (shock), test standard 61373. Vibration-proof as per rail applications category 1, class B requirements (highest requirement). Barrel locks with return spring can be easily screwed onto doors, hatches and hoods. These locks are available in two different variants: bevelled upward or bevelled downward. The bevelled surface allows the application to be closed or opened without actuating the grip. The integrated return spring always brings the grip back to its original position. Type of operation: When the grip is pushed, the barrel moves into the open position and the door can be opened. When the door is pushed to, it is locked automatically by the bevel.

Note: Indexing plungers are used to prevent any change in locking position due to lateral forces. A new locking position can only be set after the plunger has been manually disengaged. When the lock mark is visible the plunger is either completely disengaged or only partly in the index position.
