Note for ordering The unit is supplied with the position of cable outlet or control unit as shown in the drawing. Note Positioning stages for motorised adjustment and positioning tasks. The plain bearings and spindle nuts are suitable for dry running, however lubrication with a grease for plastic plain bearings is recommended. The suitable programming software and interface cable for the stepper motor with positioning control are available as accessories (2500015).

Universal joints with plain bearing can be swivelled by 45°. Max. transferable torque (Nm) at 150 rpm, operation angle α < 5°. * Bore depth is less than by DIN 808.

Housing anodised aluminium. Bearing surface Frelon (Teflon plus proprietary fillers). Virtually chemically inert. Selflubricating (no additional lubrication required). High temperature range (240 °C to +260 °C). Dampens vibrations. High static load capacity projected surface area x P (P = 1034 N/cm²) Suitable for food, pharmaceutical, medical and chemical applications. Insensitive to dirt.

Highperformance polymer iglidur® G, iglidur® J or iglidur® X. Version iglidur® G grey; iglidur® J yellow; iglidur® X black Note Plastic highperformance polymer plain bearings. – maintenancefree – lubricantfree – corrosionresistant – resistant to dirt – high dimensional precision – high pressure resistance – good heat dissipation – very low creep tendencies – high mechanical damping – resistant to UV radiation. Assembly The bearings are designed for press fits in H7 bores. After pressing in, the ID of the bearing will be diameter D with the relative tolerance. The bearings are suitable for shafts with h tolerance (recommended min. h9).

Selflubricating. Hardness 190220 HB. Note The guide bushes are radially and axially applicable. The bearing elements are maintenancefree and wearresistant. The graphite inserts provide lifelong lubrication. Preferably for travel speeds < 0.5 m/s. (Additional lubrication is recommended for extreme loading with a higher travel speeds). Temperature range Temporary temperature peaks up to ca. 200°C. Tolerances The bore for the bearings should correspond to ISO tolerance H7. The tolerance h6 to h7 is recommended for the shaft.

Housing igumid® G. Swivel ball iglidur® W300 Note The ability to pivot allows pillow block bearings to compensate for misalignment and possible shaft deflection. They are easy to install and suitable for the accomodation of rotating, oscillating and linear movements. igubal® pillow block bearings are maintenance free and conceived for dry running condition. Assembly These pillow block bearings are designed for mounting with 2 screws. The ID tolerance is E10. The matching shaft should have a tolerance of h6 to h9.

Stainless steel parts bright. Note The housings are very robust, hard wearing and shock proof. They are resistant to most alkaline solutions, weak acids (PH 49) and brines. Fitted with smoothrunning plain bearings. Not suitable for swivelling while under load. When lifting the load, the safety latch closes automatically and is securely locked by a locking mechanism at the rear of the hook. To open the latch, the locking mechanism must be unlocked manually. The swivel hooks correspond to the Machinery Directive and are BG certified (H stamp). Temperature range From 40°C to 200°C = 100% permissible load Up to 300°C = 90% permissible load Up to 400°C = 75% permissible load

Note: Wheel axle threaded. Swivel and fixed castors with bolt hole. Electrically conductive wheels, non-marking grey. The ohmic resistance of the wheel is less than 10⁴Ω. Application: Electrically conductive wheels on swivel and fixed castors are used to protect against electrostatic discharge generated by transport equipment or the transported goods. Damage to sensitive goods and painful electrostatic shocks to the personal is so prevented.

Black thermoplastic Note With a low rate of inerita, high accelerations and short term extreme speeds up to 30 m/s are possible. DryLin® T linear glide guides are resistant to dirt and corrosion and are adjustable, maintenancefree and quiet. Application temperature max. 80 °C. As no lubricants are used they are recommended for use in food, medical, and clean room technologies. Manual clamping was developed for simple functions. Polymer under constant pressure has a tendency to creep which causes a decrease in clamping force over time (up to 70%), which means that no safetyrelevant parts should be clamped. H guide unit for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø25 to Ø125 Very sturdy guide on plain bearings Protected by wipers seals Guide unit with large rods This Heavy Series has bigger guide rods than the Strengthened series. The thick front plate also allows long centering of the guide rods for better resistance to torsion. Only available in plain bearing version, it’s recommended for important radial loads in static. Sturdy guide for Ø125 cylinder Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 125) cylinders, this range therefore also makes it possible to meet the more robust guide needs for Ø125 cylinders, the guide rods then being Ø40, on 4 plain bearings. Anticorroding heavy guide For environments requiring an anticorrosion version, the steel parts can be supplied in stainless steel (rods, coupling, screws), the body and front plate are remaining in anodized aluminum (suffix /AC after the reference). Scrapers in polyurethane can be proposed for dusty or dirty environments.

H guide unit for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø12 to Ø100 Long guide on ball bushings or bronze bearings Protected by wipers seals H guide unit according ISO standard This Classic series of linear guide unit is the most common on the market. It ensure the guiding and antirotation of the payload, the floating coupling protects the rod of the cylinder from any mechanical stress. Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø12 to 25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 100) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. Guide unit on plain bearing or ball bearing The plain bearings version is recommended for static radial loads, short strokes, dusty environments, it’s the more economical version. The ball bushings version is recommended for precision (no radial play), high loads at horizontal, long strokes and offcentering loads. For critical applications, we propose Strengthened and Heavy series and for simple antirotations, you can opt for Useries, Classic or Light.

Guide unit for Ø125 cylinder Adapted to the ISO6432 (Ø25) and ISO15552 (Ø32 to 125) cylinders, we can also adapt other types of pneumatic cylinders or electric actuators. For electric cylinders ISO 15552 size 32 to 100 Selfcentering rod coupling without axial play adapted to positioning Principle of rod coupling with reduced axial play Rod coupling with adjustable axial playThe difference with the ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinder guide units is at the level of the cylinder rod coupling on these guides for electric cylinders, the selfaligning rod coupling has no axial play (or a reduced axial play) depending on the assembly carried out, these units without axial play are therefore suitable for positioning applications. For applications without positioning accuracy or with high radial loads in static, it’s possible to use the guide units for pneumatic cylinders with a guide on plain bearings, since the rod coupling has an axial play (<0,2 mm). U guide unit for pneumatic cylinders ISO Ø32 to Ø80 Short guide on bronze bearings Protected by wipers seals Short guide for ISO15552 pneumatic cylinder This Classic Series provides antirotation of the cylinder rod. The guide is shorter than the H Classic series and is only available in plain bearings, so this series is recommended for low strokes and moderate loads. Anticorroding Uguide For environments requiring an anticorrosion version, the steel parts can be supplied in stainless steel (rods, coupling, screws), the body and the front plate are remaining in anodized aluminum (suffix /AC after the reference). Competitiveness of guide units for ISO 15552 cylinders This range is very competitive since it is 25% less expensive than a HGuide Classic Series 20% less expensive than a UGuide Classic Series 10% less expensive than a UGuide Light Series (comparison made on size 4 – for cylinder Ø32) Area of application of compact guide units These compact guides being available in ball bushings whereas all the Uguide units are generally available in plain bearings only, they are particularly interesting for simple applications at high speed like in packaging machines. It will also be used in tight spaces, but for short strokes (<100 mm), it may be advisable to use a compact cylinder ISO 21287 with the guides

For a offcentered payload in vertical, these tables allow to be more rigid than a guide unit in H. Hydraulic shock absorber on this table A hydraulic shock absorber may be placed in opposition to the pneumatic cylinder to dampen, for example, the descent and/or limit the stroke at the output of the cylinder rod. The retracting stroke can be adjusted by the floating rod coupling. Use in harsh environment For dusty environments, additional nitrile or polyurethane scrapers can be added in front of the ball bushings. An anticorrosion version can be proposed with the rods, the coupling and the screws in stainless steel (the carriage and the plates remain in anodized aluminum). It’s possible to make these tables with plain bearings (bronze or polymer) on request.

Plain or rolling bearings and medium-loaded gears subjected to considerable temperature constraints. Recommended for drying cylinder bearings for papermaking machines.

Extreme pressure grease, formulated for the lubrication of plain bearings of applications, operating at medium and slow speeds, where the grease is required to support exceptional heavy loads in wet conditions. Suitable for applications in civil engineering and industry, where the grease is submitted to water wash-out and pollution. Suitable as EP multi purpose grease, slow moving heavily charged industrial and "off road" applications where water is in frequent contact with the grease. Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.
