Poultry meat - Import export

In the meat, sausage and derived product sector, the control of food safety combined with use-by-date (DLC) optimisation are decisive factors in the choice of your packaging.

Circles and structured Cahors Intense and finely balanced. Deep, glowing red, very aromatic (blackberry, humus...), with well-balanced tannins and a lovely final impression in the mouth. Serve decanted (or opened several hours previously) before enjoying at about 15-16°. Suggested accompaniment: roast poultry, grilled meats, fish in red wine sauce.
