The estate is located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, locality « Clôs du Blanc », facing north and 2690 feet above sea level. Our vines grow on a variety of land, plains, valleys and hills, so they can fully express the potential of this unique soil. Our vineyard offers a large range of typically provençal vine types : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, white Ugni and Vermentino. An ancient and very fine lot of Syrah overhangs the estate to the north-west : 0,65 acresplanted way back in 1947. This lot is historical in the vineyard as well as in Provence, since very few lots were planted with this type of vines before 1950. Brilliant idea of a brilliant mind ? Experiment of a passionate ? The question will remain unanswered. Two lots of Grenache and Syrah, planted on hillside more than 985 feet above sea level, give us a great vue on the Luberon hills, the medieval castle of Le Puy Sainte Réparade and the Sainte Victoire mountain.

Saint Emilion Grand Cru Blend: Merlot - Cabernet Sauvignon - Cabernet Franc Ageing potential: Approximately 20 years Vinification : Harvested by hand, the grapes are destemmed and then sorted by densimetric bath. This is followed by a week's pre-fermentation cold maceration and 10 days' alcoholic fermentation, during which the grapes are pumped over and the cap punched down. The wine is run off and then pressed before ageing for 15 months: 60% in new barrels and 40% in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The Poiré is distinguishable by its clear and limpid colour. Its flavour is a balance of acidity, slight bitterness and sweetness brought by unfermented sugar. Its effervescence characterized by the finesse of its bubbles gives it an elegant and refined touch.

Calypso is a full-bodied cider, assertive and uncompromising. The nose is subtle and inviting. The colour is straw yellow. The mouth, a bit austere, reveals a structured cider light in sugar with a refreshing and saline finish.

Ulysse is a refreshing lightly sparkling brut cider with a shiny limpid aspect and yellow orange colour. The nose is fruity, the first mouth tangy and fruity. The finish brings out a hint of bitterness. Overall, pleasantly fresh.

Circé is a fruity cider with a pleasantly sour taste. Its colour is golden and brilliant. The nose is frank and flattering. The attack on the palate is tangy, bathed in a fine effervescence. The finish is fresh and slightly sweet.

A milestone of excellence in the Wine World. Masseto comes from Italy’s most celebrated 7 hectare plot of Merlot located in the region of Bolgheri.This wine was born in 1986. This small, exceptional and legendary “Cru” has become one of the world’s most sought after wine.

2nd wine of Ch. Beaumont. The vineyard of Château Beaumont has been known since 1824 and thirty years later its splendid castle in a Renaissance style was built. Various famous owners follow one another hoisting Beaumont to the forefront of the “Crus Bourgeois Supérieurs”. With the arrival of Mr. Etienne Priou (Manager) and with the guidance of Mr. Philippe Blanc (Ch. Beychevelle), the estate has taken a noticed qualitative turn-around since 1986 and continues to confirm its position among the sure values of its appellation and classification.

In the heart of the “Libournais” region, near Fronsac, on perfectly exposed southern slopes, the affable Ricardo and Evelyne Roberts have been running this estate since 1987. The origin of the Chateau dates back to the 14th century. Regretably, the fortress was destroyed during the French Revolution (1789).

Château Pape Clement, situated in the Pessac Léognan AOC, is one of the oldest viticultural domaine of Bordeaux. The vineyard was established in the 13th century by the Archbishop of Bordeaux, Bertrand de Goth, who became Pope in 1305 under the name of Clement V.

This small 7 hectares estate, led by two passionate brothers (Jean & Stan Gagnaire), is located less than 1 km from the heart of Saint Emilion village. This specific vineyard has a unique terroir marrying beautiful soil, climate and grapes. Chapelle Despagnet translates beautifully the family dedication in respect to traditional practices in the vineyard and the winemaking to bring quality and elegance.

A Barrière exclusivity ! Bought in 1955 by Mr. Serge Dassault (also know for the aviation company under the same family name), the Château was promoted to “Grand Cru Classé” status in 1969. In 1995, Laurence Brun was given the management of the estate and set in motion a major quality development program. In 2012, the estate concluded a technical and commercial cooperation with Domaines Baron de Rothschild (Lafite Rothschild).

Chateau de Rolland, situated just outside the village of Sauternes, thrives of an exceptional terroir just next to the Cirons River (perfect microclimate for Botrytis). The origins of the estate date back to 1492 when the “de Rolland family” acquired the domain. Faithful to its past, Mr Jean Guignard transmitted his knowledge to his three children: François, Lucie and Monique who now manage the chateau. The Guignard family, with whom Barrière has been working for some 30 years now, regulmarly produce an exceptional and highly reliable “golden” wine !
