CTRA produces a wide range of boiler-made equipment for chemical processing, including reactors, columns, decanters, mixers, gas coolers, gas scrubbers, odour scrubbers and absorbers, as well as their internal equipment. All this boilerwork is designed by our departments to meet the dynamic and hydrostatic loads required by the various processes. Thanks to the development and mastery of materials, CTRA is able to design a wide range of boilerwork, up to 6 m in diameter, to withstand the most corrosive fluids, whether they operate in a vacuum or at high pressure, from 50°C to 200°C.

The AWALIFT 0/2 double installation with proven STRATE system conforms to the requirements of DIN 1986-100 and DIN EN 12056-4. The installation forms a closed, gas and odor-tight system that fulfills the highest requirements for hygiene and safety. The system can also be installed directly in the basement; no excavation is required. If it is installed outdoors, however, using a STRATE AWALIFT shaft is recommended. The AWALIFT 2/2, with a system power of 60 m3/h raw wastewater, is suitable for towns with up to 2800 residents. The separator system offers a clean solution, since the container is gas and odor-tight. Different motor variations allow the system to be individually adapted to on-site conditions. AWALIFT systems can also move wastewater over long distances. The AWALIFT 1/2 is used primarily in municipal applications for draining large properties. It is a fully automated, floodable sewage pumping system with a proven separator system for up to 750 EW. Alternating two pumps provides a high level of operational reliability. There is no need to provide reserve pumps. The barrel pump's universal adapter fits onto container openings of 30 - 70 mm, closing tightly. The container screw joints can be screwed into the container with the 3/4" thread and lock nut. The gas-tight barrel pump enables odour-free transfer. During transfer with normal pumps, it is impossible to prevent vapours escaping into the atmosphere. The gas-shuttle method avoids this. Any vapours produced are returned from the container which is to be filled to the original container via the gas-shuttle pipe. The gas pipe and the liquid pipe are additionally provided with stopcocks. Gas-tight pumps are used for substances that have a strong smell such as ammonia.

With a diameter of 2.5 m and a height of 3 m, the tank and separator system is equipped to reliably drain wastewater for a small city of up to 18,600 residents. In addition, the tank offers a gas and odor-tight seal. Three pumps provide good operational reliability; maintenance work is easy to complete thanks to dry installation. The gas has a noticeable acetylere-like or fishy odor at concentrations aocve 100 ppm. due to the addition of suostituted amines as a polymerization inhioitor. Low molecular weight alkynes have strong odors. MAPP gas is toxic if inhaled at high concentrations.

Maxron R-290 refrigerant gas is a brand-new product with a higher concentration of solvents that produce the highest proportion of refrigerant. If you use Maxron, the high concentration produces more d air. The automatic complex of gas odorization KCOG-4K is designed for the dosed supply of odorant, ethyl mercaptan – C2H5SH or mixture of mercaptans to the natural gas flow supplied to consumers to provide odorization for timely leakage detection. The complex KCOG-4K is used as an automatic gas odorizing unit at gas distribution stations (GDS) for enterprises and settlements, as well as for CNG filling stations. The KSOG-4K complex provides the required degree of odorization for all types of the odorant, from 5 to 32 g/1000 m. According to individual requirements, the volume of odorant can be changed depending on the customer’s needs. The set of the KSOG-4K complex is subject to mandatory agreement with the Customer before delivery and can be changed depending on the specific conditions of the facility operation.
