Depending on the scrubbing liquid, they can be used for caustic or acidic vapors. Gas scrubbers are equipped with an ETFE lined, corrosion resistant magnetic coupled pump. The flow rate of the scrubbing liquid can be controlled with the built-in reducing valve. The scrubbing liquid temperature is maintained by a spiral cooler in the liquid circuit.

Industrial air scrubbers are used to purify the exhaust air of pollutants, for example in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. As soon as the exhaust air meets the legal requirements for clean gas values, it can be returned to the environment. CTRA produces a wide range of boiler-made equipment for chemical processing, including reactors, columns, decanters, mixers, gas coolers, gas scrubbers, odour scrubbers and absorbers, as well as their internal equipment. The B80 HME series is a design with bearingless cantilever construction that is directly coupled to the IEC Motor. Specially designed for plant engineering and confined installation conditions. It can be operated in dry installation next to the tank, thus facilitating access for maintenance and repair work. The pump is suitable for pumping /circulating neutral, corrosive and mechanically contaminated liquids. Product 12: CTP's wetabsorber: After the oxidation of for example halogenated hydrocarbons, the corresponding hydrogen halides and elemental halogens emerge. Inorganic pollutants are efficiently removed from the waste gas by wet gas purification. The combination of exhaust gas cooling (quench) and waste gas purification (scrubber) is ideal for use after a convential APC system.

PFA gas scrubbing bottle is a vessel for washing impurities in gas. It absorbs impure gas by bubbling (dissolving or due to chemical reaction) through a selected suitable liquid medium, so as to wash away impurity gas, and get the purify gas. During the design process, the tetrafluoro balls are surrounded by small holes. Pay attention: 1. The gas scrubber is filled with the selected liquid to scrub the gas and remove the moisture or other gas impurities. When using, pay attention to the flow direction of the gas, the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe cannot be reversed; 2. The gas washing bottle cannot hold alkaline liquid detergent for a long time. After use, pour the detergent into a reagent bottle with a rubber stopper and store it for later use, and clean it with water. The bottle can also collect gas and calculate the volume of gas.

The chemically stable and high-temperature resistant nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy 2.4605 (alloy 59) is mainly used in the chemical industry, flue gas desulphurisation plants, paper industry. Alloy 59 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. The alloy has excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing media, and possesses superior resistance to chloride pitting and stress corrosion cracking. The alloy is widely used in the most severe environments. Some applications include: flue gas scrubber components, bleach plant and digester components for the pulp and paper industry, sour gas handling equipment, sulfuric acid coolers, waste incinerators and seawater equipment. The air from the Granulators and the Coolers contains urea dust that is entrapped in Hamon’s scrubbers. In these industrially proven impact type scrubbers, efficiencies are very high and dust concentrations lower than 20 mg/Nm3 can be achieved at the stack outlet. The total amount of urea collected by these scrubbers is recycled, for reconcentration, to the process.The same process is used to capture NH3 from the gases at the outlet of the Fertilizer Industry.
