With this type of gas spring you cover the different force ranges between the start and end of an application. These force ranges are adjusted and compliment each other, designed individually for the relevant application by the free of charge ACE calculation service, then are specifically manufactured adjusted precisely to the required dynamics of the application. Traction gas springs differ from conventional gas springs in that they operate in the pull direction rather than pushing out with force. In the unloaded state, the spring is compressed with the piston rod inside the cylinder.

Stainless steel gas springs function the same as their common hydraulic counterparts, but give an alternative when operating under rough conditions such as off-shore and other outdoor exposure applications. Other commons application areas for stainless steel gas spring include health care products, food industry and medical devices.

The CEE floor box 6610A consists of a housing in stainless steel 1.4301 (3 mm) and a lockable, 20 mm thick lid made of anodized aluminum. When closed, the CEE floor box is not waterproof. In the outdoor area, a drain pipe must be provided on-site to drain the housing. Due to the surface load of 6.5t, this version can be driven on with a truck if it is properly installed and the lid is completely closed. The lid opens with the help of a gas pressure spring and can be closed with plugged-in connectors. Further configuration variants on request.
