The basis of short bar loader Multi 3000SL was developed in Switzerland. It was specially designed for turning machine types with a large distance between machine cover and spindle end. Technical information The SC 05 universal is an electropneumatic benchtop crimper, equipped with a very efficient electropneumatic drive. The machine is operated by a foot-switch. The sequence is monitored by a microprocessor control. With the integrated quadro-crimping-tool, ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 mm² up to 6 mm² (AWG 20 - 10) (insulated/uninsulated) and twin ferrules with plastic collar from 2 x 0.5 mm² to 2 x 2.5 mm² (AWG 2 x 20 - 2 x 14) and crimping lengths from 6 mm up to 18 mm can be crimped. The crimper can easily be adapted to different cross-sections by turning the adjustments knob on the front cover of the machine. Other crimping forms or cross-sections are possible on request.

The HBE320-523 3D has been developed for cutting 3D-Printing Plates in different sizes up to 500 x 300 mm. Highest precision ensures optimal cutting results and guarantees, that neither the printplate nor the printed parts get damaged. The result is, that the height of the supporting structure of the printed parts can be reduced. The individual fabrication of the bolted plates provides high flexibility for sawing 3D-Printing Plates in different sizes and shapes. The Stop-System with alignment on the printplate simplifies the set-up mode and reduces sources of errors. The fixture ismoveable, which ensures an easy loading and handling. To adapt the sawing system to the process in an optimal way, BEHRINGER offers various options such as machine cover with suction device, spray mist system and individual clamping devices.

The LPS-T 3D has been developed for cutting 3D-Printing Plates in different sizes up to 850 x 650 mm. Highest precision ensures optimal cutting results and guarantees, that neither the printplate nor the printed parts get damaged. In order to produce heavy workpieces with limited available space, Droop+Rein combined the FOGS and TF machine types which are already established on the market into a new machine concept. With the FOGS HD, Droop+Rein offers a machining centre for heavyduty machining, which features high quality and precision at the same time. The constant dynamic dimensions of the Droop+Rein FOGS HD enables the user to use the machine for unmanned finishing e.g. at night or at the weekend. The LVW series covers smaller applications with machines of approx. 500 mm width and large applications up to a width of 2000 mm, like pallets, bumpers and more. As a principle our standard machines are equipped with an hydraulic lifting table. Depending on the machine size a contact force of up to 70 kN can be applied. This is necessary for large suction pipes made of PA 6.6 GV30 with heavy distortion or very large welding surfaces. Our vibration welders are fitted with our patented CPC system. This kind of regulation which is integrated in the converter stimulates the vibration unit with optimal resonance frequency. A low energy consumption is guaranteed during the friction phase. It is not necessary to enter the frequency parameter in the machine, as it is permanently “optimized”. This, the KLN drive systems are independent from the tool weight. The tool weight is solely limited in height, caused by the mechanical design and the high accelerating powers arising in these systems.

The Gronemeyer accumulation table can store large quantities of glasses, bottles or tins. The products are pushed to the accumulation table if there is backlog. The products are later re-fed into production by operating the system in reverse. The machine works according to the First In-Last Out principle. In case of malfunction, the electrical control system activates the accumulation table based on sensor messages. After the malfunction ends, the stored products are automatically fed into the line.
