Pollen are collected by honey bees and, just like honey, stored in combs. Technically, they serve as provisions for the bees’ offspring. For this reason, only part of the pollen is removed.

Our pulverized honey is mild in taste and odorless. It is particularly suitable for dry recipes.

Monoflora honey is primarily made from the nectar of a single type of plant. It is also liquefied, homogenized, and purified.

Norevo’s honey expertise also includes the creation of customized blends of different honey types. Liquefied, homogenized, purified, and standardized in taste, color, and consistency according to customer requirements.

During the honey harvest, the beekeeper takes the capped combs out of the hive, removes the wax caps, and spins the combs to retrieve the honey. The resulting raw honey is transferred to one of Norevo’s honey production sites for further processing. Whether in our production facilities in Argentina, Hungary, Mexico, China, or Germany – the raw honey is analyzed, homogenized, purified, and standardized to meet the diverse requirements of our industrial customers.

Our extensive knowledge of bee products makes us true honey specialists. Depending on their collection area and botanical origin, honey types vary in taste, color, consistency, and sweetness. These sort-specific characteristics are decisive for its sensory properties and the application areas of each individual honey product. We offer berry wax as pastilles. Their very bright color makes them universally applicable.

Berry wax, also known as sumac wax or Japan wax, is obtained from the berry fruit peel of the lacquer tree (Rhus verniciflua). It is 100% vegan and popular in cosmetics for its moisturizing properties. Moreover, it is ideally suited as an additive to waxes with higher melting temperatures and serves as an excellent stabilizer.

Just like Norevo, bees can be found all over the world. They essentially contribute to the preservation and the continued existence of nature. Thanks to our many years of experience in the honey business, we have a worldwide network of beekeepers in place. These close contacts enable us to source a wide range of beeswaxes to meet extensive quality requirements.

Our low bac honey (low bacteria = germ-reduced) has been specially developed for microbiologically demanding and sensitive products. Our internally developed thermal process reduces germs by heating the honey.

Polyflora honeys derive from the nectar of many different plants. Our blossom honeys are liquefied, homogenized, and purified and differ in taste, color, and consistency depending on their botanical origin.

Our germ-reduced honey was specifically developed for use in microbiologically sensitive products, such as infant and baby foods, as well as for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications.

Our mild and high-quality honey powder is ideal for use as a sweetener in the food industry, packed in a handy & airtight 15kg packaging. Honey powder is ideal for use in the food industry. Our honey powder is a free-flowing, easy to dose and use sweetener and has an unobtrusive sweetness. Honey powder is a versatile and process-oriented sweetener and is used in a wide variety of areas, from cereals to desserts and spices to powdered drinks as well as baked goods and confectionery. Our honey powder is made from pure and tested honey and maltodextrin and does not contain any additives. It is easily miscible and water-soluble. Like honey, honey powder has a comparatively long best before date of 24 months.
