Power bollard ESP24 for outdoors, protection class: housing IP10, electr. Units IP44. The housing is made of 2 mm glass bead blasted stainless steel. The sockets are integrated in a plastic housing, protected with FI/LS and completely wired. The power bollard can be closed with a profile half cylinder. Thanks to the cable outlet, the door of the power bollard can also be locked when it is in use. Coatings in RAL colors are also possible on request! The equipment is variable.

Our one-component, elastic solutions are also used for electrically conductive seals. We dose silicones, polyurethanes or MS polymers in liquid, unreacted form directly onto your component. True to contour on the smallest geometries, extremely adhesive and durable. Perfect sealing – sealing, gluing, casting directly on the component. Absolutely true to the contour and directly onto your component. We enable our customers to do this in series thanks to state-of-the-art dosing systems.

The wall distributor is delivered in the special colors DB701 or DB703 (gray tones) as standard. The BIOCATDUOscrubber from WesselUmwelttechnik consists of two units. One unit is the already mentioned BIOCATscrubber. A second unit, the DLP (Dust Low Pressure) scrubber stage, is a cleaning stage for separating dust and fine fibres from the exhaust air. With the BIOCATDUOscrubbers from Wessel, gaseous pollutants as well as dust can be removed from the exhaust air at the same time. The BIOCATDUOscrubbers have two separate washing water circuits for this purpose. It is characterised by a compact design, as both units are housed in one column. COMMON USE CASES The BIOCATDUOscrubbers are used in the woodbased panels industry, for example. More precisely where MDF boards (medium density fibre) and moulded fibre parts are produced. Here the exhaust air contains fine wood fibres which have to be filtered out of the exhaust air. Furthermore, pollutants and odours must also be reduced.

This involves a play-free electronic switching cam encoder (abbreviated to: NOCN) with two (At version 79 four) galvanically separated switching outputs (cams), which can be set by the customer and which are activated or deactivated depending on the relevant position of the drive shaft. An absolute mulitturn encoder with CANopen interface, adjustable parameters and an electronic switching cam module is realized in the compact housing. A separate controller unit monitors the function of the cams. The encoder's CANopen position signal and the switching outputs can be parameterised separately. The parameterisation (cam limits, resolution, measuring range a.s.o.) has to be verified to the NOCN via a checksum. This checksum can be calculated by a TWK program or the standard algorithm recommended by the CiA. After verification the device can be set operational.

Energy source and coolant system — the MICO-S is a complete system in a single housing. This enables a flexible integration of induction heating into any production process. The devices are available in a medium frequency and a high frequency version. The specialists at eldec are using the MICO-S generators for the induction heating and hardening of components with a very flexible process. The key factor is the innovative design concept of placing the generator itself and the cooling system in a single housing. As a result, the unit takes up very little space and is quick to set up. The unit weighs a mere 390 kg and is easy to move around. It has openings in the base plate to allow for pick-up with a forklift, as well as crane hooks. DAMBACH roller conveyors consist of a stable frame with rollers bolted in place. The rollers are driven by an easily serviced tangential chain drive with tensioning unit housed in a drive enclosure. The entire drivetrain is enclosed for safety and to prevent tampering. Flanged wheels rotate with the rollers to help transport goods carefully. The frame is height-adjustable. DAMBACH chain conveyors consist of self-supporting chain strands mounted on a rigid frame. The number of strands can be varied to suit the application. Duplex chains with straight side plates guarantee careful transport of your goods on an optimised support surface. Chains are supported on low-friction slide rails and can be individually tensioned.
