Often, special requirements cannot be standardized. For this reason, we configure our sensors to your individual requirements. Modifications of the offset distance or measuring range, cable and connector variants and modifications to the housing and optical system are often required.

colorCONTROL ACS7000 is one of the most advanced inline color measuring systems in the world. Unlike conventional technologies, this system recognizes colors not just by comparing them to reference values, but also by using the reflection spectrum to ensure unique identification. Due to its very high measurement speed, the colorCONTROL ACS7000 is suitable for applications where colors and shades have to be examined on-the-fly and to very high accuracies. Due to the extremely high measurement accuracy, the system is also applied in laboratories, e.g. in industrial Research and Development. Different sensor models are available to suit various measurement tasks.

The newly developed sensor PROFIBUS module model 9221 is predestined for the integration of various analog sensor output signals into complex, net worked and peripheral automation structures. This module finds its fields of application in the industrial automation technology as well as the test rig technology based on its secure and reliable transfer mode, the fast transfer speed and its simple construction. The inputs (e.g. PLC signal gauge) and outputs in addition to the external control allow a zero compensation by trigger via proximity switch or fast alerting on passing of set point values. Industrial type connection and mounting techniques enable the user the adaption and integration in the existing mechanical and electrical environment. The excellent quality of measurement together with the high grade capture of mean values also enable the application in research and development. The use of standardized PROFIBUS protocols makes the connection an easy task for the programmer.

IRwin® Methane Leak Detector is an innovative, portable natural gas detector for easy gas pipe survey and gas leak detection. It is developed in accordance with many national directives, such as the DVGW (Deutscher Verband des Gas- und Wasserfaches) directive. The IRwin SX-models are certified for use in Zone 0, classification Ex II 1G, Ex ia IIC T3 Ga. The integrated proprietary infrared sensor system (patents pending) has a fast reaction and short recovery time. The system prevents false leak alarms and ensures correct and fast leak evaluation. The specially developed Gas Chromatograph (GC) and IR-sensor combination allows fast distinction between marsh gas and natural gas from all known natural gas sources. The pressure transmitter DCT 553P is used in the food and pharmaceutical industries or in applications where a dead space-free process connection is required. A capacitive ceramic pressure sensor developed in-house is used as the basic sensor, which is characterized by a high overload and excellent surface quality. The special design prevents the formation of condensation inside the pressure transmitter and thus failure in applications with large temperature changes. The screw-in transmitter LMK 351 has been designed for measuring small system pressure and level measurement in container. The LMK 351 is based on an own-developed capacitive ceramic sensor element. Usage in viscous and pasty media is possible because of the flush mounted sensor. For the usage in aggressive media a pressure port in PVDF and the diaphragm in AI2O3 99.9 % is available. An intrinsically safe version complete the range of possibilities. BD\SENSORS has developed the LMK 307T for continuous level and temperature measurement in water or waste water applications.
