Non woven bags can be formatted and printed in many ways. Screen printing, or fabric printing, is especially well-suited for small orders and simple printing (logos and flat surfaces) with one or two pure colour tones. If you need a higher printing quality or full-surface printing, offset printing is recommended for your printed fabric sack. Generally, this requires full-surface printing (100% printed surface). So that the design is as brilliantly colourful as possible, we use a white PP non-woven bag as our standard. The same thing goes for gravure printing with non-woven bag printing. When using gravure printing, we guarantee real photo quality printing for your non-woven bags. Screen printing (traditionally: serigraphy) is a printing process in which the printing ink is applied to the material through a fine-meshed textile fabric using a wiper through-printing process.
