D-SUB Connectors – also known as D-Subminiatur or Sub-D connectors – are used in nearly all application markets, from control and measuring to telecommunications and computer applications. D-SUB connectors take their name from their characteristic D-shaped shell, which protects both sides of the connector from mechanical and electromagnetic interference CONEC D-SUB connectors are available in five standardized housing sizes in the variants D-SUB Standard, D-SUB High Density, D-SUB Filter, D-SUB Combination, D-SUB Filter Combination and D-SUB hoods. The combination of different contact types provides opportunities to save installation space and costs in the interface area. The CONEC Snaplock mounting type is offered as a quick-connect system for common pole numbers. Depending on the mounting type and number of poles, a choice can be made between crimp, wire-wrap, solder pin, solder cup and insulation displacement terminal connection types.

From component preparation to precise soldering and checking: our THT assembly Our skilled employees take care of the manual component preparation on site so that the component later fits perfectly on the circuit board. We also have our own parts warehouse, with which we ensure reliable production of your THT orders. The THT assembly area at A + B Electronic includes three selective soldering systems and two wave soldering systems. Depending on the equipment, the right soldering process is selected. With the Ersa VERSAFLOW 4/55 selective soldering machine, we also have a system of the latest product generation. Suitable for every order size: SMD assembly is one of our core competencies Our SMD assembly is characterized by modern production standards and a low error rate. Stencil printers and a jet printer are available in front of our three production lines. This means that we are as flexible as possible when preparing your project. The SMD components are precisely applied in our pick and place machines and soldered in reflow ovens, or in special cases also in our vapor phase. A highlight: We have a hybrid assembly machine, the FUJI 7x NXT2. This is our way to work with the greatest precision, quickly and safely. The EPC VM is our measuring device for monitoring O2/CO2 in packaging machines. In addition to continuous measurement of the gas atmosphere, spot measurement of individual packages is also possible. The functionality is the same as with our Zr-Ox EPC spot analyser. Once set, the analyser can also control the gassing of the machine.
