Density, g/sq.m – 60 Roll width – 168, 182, 195, 235 Premium perforated paper is an alternative to kraft paper and is more affordable. It is used during the cutting process to prevent the fabric from slipping while a multi-layer fabric is cutting. In spite of its low density, it has high tensile strength. The paper is laid under the multilayered fabric blank used for the cutting process, to prevent slipping, tightening, and wrinkling of the fabric. Its color is light beige (the saturation of tones is different) and it is rough to the touch. Perforated paper has an excellent quality – when unfolded on the cutting table, “waves” do not appear and the edges do not wrap, which is very convenient for its use

Grammage g/m2 – 62 Width cm – 81, 101, 154, 164, 167, 184, 204, 224 Adhesive paper for a plotter with a hot-melt layer is ideal for creating clothing models on cardboard. An excellent choice for designers who wish to obtain permanent patterns for long-term use, it facilitates work directly during cutting. Thanks to the adhesive layer, the paper is easily fixed on the fabric by ironing and ensures high accuracy of the cut of clothing models. Suitable for the manual cutting complex. The paper has good adhesion to cardboard. It has a low level of whiteness, leaves no traces, and is easy to use. This consumable guarantees high drawing accuracy. Paper is used at a temperature of 100-160 °C. The recommended ironing temperature is 160 °C.

CLP interlay paper is used to separate fabric layers, to prevent slippage between it during cutting. It is also used for pleating fabric. Woodfree Uncoated paper, also known as offset paper, is available in many different grammages and often in different colours. We work with WFU paper and board from 30gsm to 400gsm. The lower grammages of this grade are ideal for fine book printing for the Bible and the Quran, while 75 and 80gsm are the ideal grammage for office printing and writing papers, including A4 copier paper. Higher grammage Woodfree uncoated products are often used for various boards and packaging goods, and for promotional items including business cards. The brightness of Woodfree uncoated can range from 90% to 110% and the most common end uses are for office printing and writing papers, books, stationary and promotional items.
