Special filter bags are developed according to customer demand. This type of pocket can be from a few centimeters to several meters. To make these tailor-made bags, K2TEC relies on its expertise of more than 35 years in industrial filtration, an in-house design office and a range of filtration mesh, filter paper and complete filter cloth. You can also find our range of standard filter bags. These bags have universal dimensions and also feature a wide variety of materials and filter media.

Nonwovens in rolls are products used in the field of liquid filtration and possibly air filtration. They are particularly suitable for reject filtration. There is a very wide variety of fibers and mechanical strengths. They are generally not recyclable, but standard fibers are inexpensive. K2TEC uses superior quality raw materials in materials such as polyester, polypropylene, viscose… to meet the demands of the industrial, mechanical, agrifood, chemical, environmental sectors…

For more than 30 years, K2TEC has been a leading provider of industrial filtration solutions, including the design and manufacture of custom filter elements. Our synthetic 3Vcell excels in its technical performance and is tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ahsrae 52.2). The Vcells are widely used in air conditioning and ventilation industry and process filtration thus an excellent choice for tough applications. IREMA 3Vcells feature a highly improved filter lifetime and energy efficiency.

The filter presses from AQUACHEM of the EC Beverage series are used in the beverage industry, for example, for the filtration of selected wines. Another feature is that the filter elements are gasketed, and therefore the must or juice does not also come into contact with the ambient air. The EC Beverage series is offered as standard in the filter plate sizes 470, 630 and 800 mm.

BIEGLO offers high temperature resistant and flame retardant fibers. The application is similiar to meta-aramid, but PI fibers have its own advantages. The long-term service temperature is 260℃. The decomposition temperature is 560℃. The LOI is 38%, it means it is non-flameble fiber. The Dexnyl Polyimide fibers are applicable in many products, but they are used best in niche-applications with extreme standards for the material: 1- FR Protective clothing: e.g. military fligth clothing, flame resistand underwear, firefighter uniform etc. 2- High temperature filtration and industrial insulation: e.g. dedusting filtration for cement factories, steel or powder plants, air filtration for painting area operated at more than 300°C . 3- Composite material: taking advantage of insulation, flame retardance and high emperature resistance, chopped fiber can be used as reinforced material.

The Ajan High Definition CNC metal cutting plasma offer high quality profile cutting for a range of materials, delivering both excellent edge squareness and a virtually dross free finish, while maintaining production feed rates. The machines are constructed to a heavy industrial standard and, by manufacturing the machine totally in house including all of the electronic components, Ajan ensure that they can offer the required support to the machine for the duration of its working life. All models come complete with Ajan CAD/CAM software including comprehensive features and free software upgrades. Options include the advanced bevel cutting plasma head, oxy cutting torches and a heavy industrial extraction/ filtration system, developed specifically for these models; alternatively they can be connected to a new or existing factory ducted system.

With more than 35 years of experience, CINTROPUR® has built its reputation on quality products in the water filtration business designing a wide range of centrifugal filters for clean water (fittings from ¾’’ to 3’’. Flow rates from 1 to 50 m3/h). Cintropur® water filters are intended for domestic and industrial water system filtration. As well as rain, spring or well water recovery and treatment they are also suitable for watering and irrigation. Cintropur® performs either a mechanical filtration of particles, a chemical filtration through activated carbon absorption, or sterilizes water by ultraviolet radiation of UV-C type. CINTROPUR® offers a double-stage of filtration concept. First, the water flow from the inlet is directly transformed into a centrifugal spin forcing the larger particles down into the lower bowl. The next stage of filtration is achieved by the exclusive filter sleeve, available in different finenesses ranging from 5 up to 300µ.

PVH range of single and multi-cartridge industrial housings is suitable for industrial liquid applications. The standard high flow filter housing can be configured to accept between 1 to 7 high flow cartridges and caters for flows more than 200 m3/hr up to 1,400 m3/hr. Pressure rated to 10bar, the housing is leg mounted. A single high flow housing replaces a multi-round holding 8 to 10 cartridges. The housings are available in vertical or horizontal orientation to make installation of high flow cartridges as easy as possible. Housings are supplied 40” and 60” lengths to maximise cartridge surface area available.

Our housing ranges for liquid or gas housings are ideal for use in a any new installation or plant extension. Housings are designed to suit the application, can be provided in industrial, hygienic or gas styles and in a range of sizes to allow as standard liquid flows up to 500 m3/hr and gas flows up to 7,000 m3/hr. Porefilter CleanPore bag filter range offers a wide range of replacement bag and mesh filters for initial conditioning and clarification of liquids and solutions in industrial and food & beverage applications, offering a high solids removal capability. CleanPore bags are offered in a wide range of materials, micron ratings (extended life and high efficiency options available), lengths and collars or rings allowing Porefilter to offer a cost-effective alternative bag to any existing application. The PLM automatic self-cleaning scraper filter is an industrial filter fabricated in stainless steel equipped with a scraper, that does not use any consumables.
