Sayer dates are chopped into small golden to brown looking pieces. Chopping Sizes are 5x5, 8x5, 8x10, 8x8, 8x12 mm. They are rolled in dextrose or rice flour (as per the customer’s request) to prevent them from sticking together. With their soft texture, natural sweetness, and aroma they make for perfect snacks.
