M.E.G.A.’s forging and heattreatment division is capable of forging fittings (in a closed die) up to 4” 16 kg. The heat treatment furnaces and tanks are all certified to Norsok M650 and ASTM A991 standards and can treat any product that M.E.G.A. produces (large and small forgings, pipes and any other type of part).

Our vertical forging press equipment enables us to provide fittings with various forms and characteristics, based on the customer's design.

The press fittings present herein are used for domestic water supply adduction systems and for heating systems. They are applied to the tube along with the steel flanges.

Brass sleeves are one of the most highly requested items. We have manufactured many sleeves of various forms and for various sizes, such as: 3/4"1/2"3/8".
