The LTW series wheels are manufactured in high grade Polyamide and filled with glass fibers plus additional natural fibers, and molded through a new vaacum and material drying process to assure high resistance in temperatures bewteen -40°C and +150°C. They are available with plain bore and with HQS self lubricating bushes, to allow a good rolling capacity in any condition of use. The LTW wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for high/low temperatures, which are specifically studied and produced to fulfill the extremely wide variability of conditions to which they are submitted in the world of uses in temperatures and bakery / food industry. Brackets are fully certified and manufactured with food and sanitary grade Stainless Steel in AISI 304 / 316, and are available in both metric and inches standard sizes, and are also available in double-layer galvanized pressed steel.

Xtreme-x series, the new range of Stainless Steel brackets grants a significant step beyond in the worldwide panorama of wheels and castors for food industry, bakeries, cleaning industry, hospitals, hygienic equipment and in every application where the use of Stainless Steel castors is required. Xtreme-z series, the new range of Zinc-plated steel castors is setting a new step beyond in the wide range of galvanized steel castors, extremely flexible and suitable for all uses from industry to supermarkets. Thanks to the new concept of plate-fork computerized moulding is featuring an extreme precision in tolerances and in ball race shape control, offering the best swivel capacity in every condition of temperature and load. The improved load capacity (over 10%) and the high standard of the assembly assures a long life of the castors which are 100% free from maintenance.

The POLY-D wheels are manufactured through a new vacuum - dryer - high pressure process, entirely developed by DC, which results in the higher quality wheel in its range of products. Lifetime of these wheels has been improved thanks to the complete absence of air bubbles inside the finished product, obtained through our new production process. The POLY-D wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for which are specifically studied and produced to fulfill the extremely wide variability of conditions to which they are submitted, for both industrial and food industry. Brackets are fully certified and manufactured with food and sanitary grade Stainless Steel in AISI 304, and are available in both metric and inches standard sizes, and are also available in double-layer galvanized pressed steel. The D-NAMIC wheels are manufactured through a new vacuum - dryer - high pressure process, entirely developed by DC, which results in the higher quality wheel in its range of products, and the only one to be covered by a lifetime warranty against the de-bonding of the Polyurethane tyre from the wheel centre. The Polyurethane tyre grant a high cut and tear propagation resistance, is mechanically bonded to the wheel core, and the coupling is further strengthened by a surface adhesion which is obtained without the use of any glue or chemical bonding. The D-NAMIC wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for which are specifically studied and produced to fulfill the extremely wide variability of conditions to which they are submitted, for both industrial and food industry. D-NAMIC are recommended on trolleys for food industry and chemical industry, industrial trolleys, equipment and trolleys for meat and fish industry, slaughterhouses and textile industry.

The D-FLEX wheels are manufactured through a new vacuum - dryer - high pressure process, entirely developed by DC, which results in the higher quality wheel in its range of products, and the only one to be covered by a lifetime warranty** against the de-bonding of the elastic Polyurethane tyre from the wheel centre, plus they grant a high cut and tear propagation resistance. Combines the load capacity and the resistance to wear and tear of the polyurethane with the ability to overcome obstacles and to reduce noise, vibrations and impacts of the elastic rubber. The Polyurethane tyre is mechanically bonded to the wheel core, and the coupling is further strengthened by a surface adhesion which is obtained without the use of any glue or chemical bonding. Recommended on trolleys for food industry and chemical industry, industrial trolleys, equipment and trolleys for meat and fish industry, slaughterhouses, pharmaceutical industry, floor-washing machines and scrubbers, and for traction.

The white rubber tyre is mechanically bonded to the wheel core, and the coupling is further strengthened by a surface adhesion which is obtained without the use of any glue or vulcanization such as for almost any competition product. This particular bonding is resulting in the highest quality wheel in its range of application, featuring a drastic reduction in the risk of tyre de-bonding during the work in temperatures. They are available with several types of hubs and bearings, in order to allow the perfect response and the best need / price ratio for any type of high or low temperature requirement. The XTW series is the only wheel which is assuring a temperature resistance up to +400°C and not being made out of aluminum or cast-iron, with the big advantage to preserve the floor and to secure a dramatic reduction of noise if compared to metal wheels.They are available with several types of hubs and bearings, in order to allow the perfect response and the best need / price ratio for any type of high or low temperature requirement. They are RoHS - REACh compliant.

The STW series wheels are manufactured with an exclusive DC Di Candia Ruote’s composite material, the THT, which has been studied and developed in our plant in Besnate, and is used exclusively for the production of this wheel range. These wheels grants a superior and unmatched mechanical resistance to heavy impacts, an outstanding resistance against chipping and breaking caused by hitting of sharp obstacle and a great rolling capacity even in plain bore configuration, thanks to the self-lubricating properties of the THT material. They also assure an incredible resistance against aggressive cleaners, chemicals, oils, acids, steam and salty water, and are available with plain bore and with double special HT ball bearings, to allow a perfect rolling capacity in any condition of use. The THT material is certified by FDA for contact with foods. The STW wheels can be fitted into a specific series of brackets for high/low temperatures, which are specifically studied and produced.

The MTW series has replaced the old “phenolic” wheels, and is manufactured in special Ditherm® compound, combined with special fibers and molded under an innovative DC developed high pressure + extreme temperature process which results in the highest quality wheel in its range of application.
