PeroxiBiokey® is a vegetable raw material, organic and ecological, obtained through the controlled diffusion of filtered ozone gas on vegetable oils and fats. Fat melting systems The KASAG fat melting system are compact systems for melting fat blocks from palm kernel fat, palm oil fat, coconut fat and concentrated butter. The liquid grease thereby gained is kept in the collecting tray at a specified temperature to be used in the respective production process. Size and design are determined by KASAG according to the requirements of the customer. Fat oil station KASAG fat oil station is an extension of the fat melter and is used to mix the ingredients into the liquid fat. The plants are installed on a base frame with levelling feet. All built components are ready for connection. The hot-water treatment and regulation is conducted via a tempering unit or connection to an existing hot-water network.

The FRMD is used to remove the upper layer of foam, oil or fats. The natural flow within the basin, together with the suction of the pump, attracts the surface of the water towards the center of the FRMD. An adaptable floating weir allows the upper layer to enter the pump and be removed from the basin. The weir and the submersible pump are mounted on a robust floating structure held in place by cables and springs or guiding tubes. Depending on the application and the geometry of the basin, the FRMD can be mounted together with a MIX SL (directional submersible mixer) or MIX-AS (floating downdraft mixer) to help the flow towards the weir. Applicable for removal of oil, fats, bulking + aging sludge, recycling of scum in sludge stabilisation + biogas, SBR and ASP tanks.

The telescopic systems consist of anodized aluminum guide rails and a gliding block made of the proven iglidur material. By the incompounded solid lubricants, iglidur tribopolymers enable dry operation in every application. The advantage - besides being maintenance-free - is the carefree use in clean hygienic environments. No oil or fat can be transmitted to other products, clothing or people. Applications even in cleanroom air showers were already implemented. But the dry operation also has advantages in the dirt accumulation area.
