Thanks to an approval according to various regulations of the EU, we can offer you a top material with the casting polyurethane Intec E for extreme applications in contact with food. Whether for small quantities from 1 or for large-volume components weighing up to 900 kg, Intec E covers the entire range in hardnesses from 45 Shore A to 93 Shore A. If you need large quantities, we offer food contact approved materials in injection molding with up to 6 kg weight and 1.5 m² area.

A universal fast cutting mixture of fine and medium fine abrasive particles, for outstanding buffing action. Formulated for profes­swnal, high temperature machine buffing, but can also be applied by hand. Especially formulated for the preparation and maintenance of polyester and epoxy moulds or surfaces. Devel­oped tot quick and easy removel of the „coarse marks" and scratches remaining on the surface after the „wet and dry" sanding procedure. M-200 LIQUID EXTRA HEAVY DUTY CLEANER, is the most abrasive cleaner and the first to be used after the sanding procedure - then followed with M-300 LIQUID HEAVY DUTY CLEANER (fine abrasive), for the final high gloss surface. The unique feature of the polishing alumina used for the OSKAR'S M-200 and M-300, is that the abrasive particles „break-down" to finer and finer particle size, during the appli­cation, and thereby ensure both effective and gentle cleaning and polishing action simultaneously, without any possible damage to the gel-coat.

OSKAR S M-800 is especially formulated for mouldings with high exoterm temperature or preheated moulds in polyester, epoxy, aluminium or nickel. lt contains a mixture of high quality synthetic waxes and lubricants, to provide an outstanding heat resistant mould protection and easy release of finished parts.

M-50 is an universal, fast cutting formula of medium fine abrasives with extre­mely uniform particles that gives an ontstanding polishing action for high tem­perature machine buffing. M-50 is developed to simplify all common heavy duty buffing, formulated especially for the preparation and the maintenance of Polyester and Epoxy moulds er surfaces. Developed for quick and easy remo­val of coarse marks and scratches, remaining on the surface after the „wet and dry" sanding procedures. For the final deep gloss finish, OSKAR'S M-100 BUFFING AND POLISHING COMPOUND is recommended. Contains no additives harmful to Polyester gelcoats er Epoxy surfaces. Does not contain silicones or waxes.

In our 2 tool shops in Nykøbing and Skals (Denmark) we produce Micro Tools, Quick Mould Tools, Soft Tools and Hard Tools for both our own production and for other injection moulding companies. With our Quick Mould Tool system we can materialize you dreams in very short time if needed. We have 13 standard Quick Mould Tools form sizes and 6 of these sizes are Flex Tools with 27 different sub-sizes. More than 30 mother tools make sure that we always have short lead times. ProTec designs and supplies innovative solid-state polymer post-condensation lines and complete PET bottle flake recycling lines. The batch tumble reactor which combines homogeneous mixing with short processing times is the keystone of the line. The IV value (intrinsic viscosity as a yardstick for molar mass) of polyesters (PET, PBT, PTT etc.) and of polyamides (PA6, PA66 etc.) can be purposefully increased by precise control of temperature, vacuum and processing time, with or without defined addition of auxiliaries.

Up Rapid is a Chinese factory mainly engaged in 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining. We mainly process metal and plastic materials. While processing batch parts, we also make product prototypes. We are familiar with various surface treatment processes and can provide Consumer goods, electronics, telecommunications equipment, automotive, machinery and other industries manufacture parts and prototypes. This product is the prototype of the shell of the electronic product. We use CNC machining to shape it according to the drawings provided by the customer. Then spray it with white paint.
