For the high hygienic requirements in meat applications the Dypipe comes with an easy-open separator, specifically designed for this purpose. The X-ray inspection system is made of stainless steel and has a protection class of either IP 65 or IP 69. Several interfaces such as OPC UA, Ethernet IP and the Minebea Intec software for statistical process and pre-packaging control SPC@Enterprise pave the way to increased productivity.

The new Mitus metal detection system is an inspection solution with the highest precision in detecting foreign objects in all applications where this is required. Using flexible MiWave Modulation Technology, the system ignores fluctuating product effects due to product variations in shape, size and composition, minimising false rejections. Foreign objects are reliably detected. In addition, the metal detector scores with its variety of models, which enables easy integration into existing systems.

JME Advanced Inspection Systems now offer an equipment rental service, supplying high-energy Betatron systems (2.5 and 7.5MeV) and various YXLON X-Ray Tubes. JME are able to offer both Long and Short term rental, so whether you require an X-ray source for the duration of a project, or just short term cover for equipment breakdown, we have a solution to suit your requirements. We are also able to supply a range of additional accessories to support our hire systems, these include X-Ray tube stands and our Audio/Visual Radiation Alarm. All tubes run at Constant Potential for high penetration, this also makes them suitable for traditional film capture and digital panels.
