In the event of fire, it prevents the spread of fire in the duct and protects emergency and escape routes against the impacts of a cable fire. Direct wall and ceiling mounting, mounting possible beneath system floors or on support systems. Tested and approved as an I duct according to DIN 4102 Part 11. General construction approval for fire resistance classes I30 to I120. Pre-terminated fittings available. Only pre-terminated fittings that match the description in the approval may be installed with the fire protection duct. Safe connection of duct base and removable duct cover through integrated locking brackets. Toolless mounting. Multiple mounting and dismantling of the cover possible. Equipotential bonding created using locking brackets.

DuctSeal LG (Water & Gas) is a NEW re-enterable duct sealing system that is extremely flexible in its ability to seal cables & pipes in ducted networks to protect and stop the ingress of harmful or flammable gases, liquids, smoke and vermin. DuctSeal LG comes complete with our unique daisy chained circular foam tubes that easily wraps and separates cables to ensure limited movement while applying our NEW flexible intumescent, zero halogen and zero Meko adhesive and sealing compound, GreyStuff. All designed and manufactured in the UK. DuctSeal LG, along with GreyStuff, is a non-hazardous, FyBrid superior single-component, neutral curing sealant that has been specifically developed to cope with the harsh environments around duct openings to ensure ducted networks and penetrations are protected.
