These capabilities allow us to handle a wide range of project sizes with ease and accuracy. When it comes to material thickness, our laser cutting centers excel. We can effortlessly cut through steel up to 25mm thick, stainless steel up to 20mm thick, and aluminum up to 15mm thick. Die-cutting electrical discharge machining (EDM) and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) allow for the machining of precise, difficult-to-machine elements with complex shapes, for which the access of a conventional cutting tool is difficult. The control units AQ1 and AQ3 are equipped with 1 and 3 motor connections respectively and are designed for all Assfalg handpiece electric grinders. The control units support infinitely variable speed control and store the set maximum speeds for each connection individually. The intelligent control electronics enable applications that previously required a large number of control units. At the same time, the peak power of up to 300 watts allows the most demanding materials to be processed.
