The STAUFF Offline Filter System “Condition and Monitoring” OLS-CM has been specially developed for the elimination of dirt and water particles in hydraulic and lubrication systems. Subsequent integration into an existing hydraulic system is possible, since the offline filter system operates independently of the system cycle, also during scheduled machine downtimes. The OLS-CM is optionally available with factory-fitted Particle Monitor LPM II and Oil Condition Sensor OCS with Oil Condition Display OCD. STAUFF Offline Filter Units can be applied to every imaginable industrial application where hydraulic or lubrication systems are present. An integrated motor/pump unit draws fluid out of the tank, filters it and pumps clean oil back into the system. Offline Filter Units can continue to work even when the main system is not in use. Filters made at our factory in Nantes (France) This filter uses the same principle than Standard Pleated Cardboard Filter with a polyester media sticked at the back in order to increase filtration efficiency for dry dusts. Advantages of this filter : - Lifetime up to 3-4 times longer than other filtering medias on the market - Better filtration efficiency than Standard Pleated Cardboard Filter - Easy installation and manipulation This filter can be used in all spray booths with horizontal and vertical airflow. Construction : This filter is made of 2 layers of recycled kraft paper, perforated, pleated and glued with a polyester media at the back. The quality of kraft paper (250g/m²) guaranties rigidity of the filter in all positions. Standard widths : - 1m - 0,90m - 0,75m Other dimensions and cuts on demand.

Filters made at our factory in Nantes (France) Standard Filtr’Overspray is well adapted to filtration of paint overspray in spray booths. It is easy to manipulate and to stock. Its lifetime, 6 times longer than other filtering medias on the market, allows to make important costs reductions. This filter is perfectly adapted to filtration of any wet overspray particles (paints, varnishes, gel coat, glue, silicone, polyester etc…) Advantages of this filter : - Lifetime up to 6 times longer than other filtering medias on the market - Easy installation and manipulation - Environment friendly materials according to ISO 14000 - Adapted to filtration of solvent paints and water based paints This filter can be used in all spray booth with horizontal and vertical airflow.
