Grill VEGA – is a classical model of open grill intended for meat, fish, cheese and vegetables cooking with coal use only. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: - Raising and lowering the grate with coal is done with the help of special levers. Grate with coals has 5 positions, allowing for easier cooking. - Adjustable blowing allows you to increase/decrease the access of air, temperature of the coals. Grill for cooking made of stainless-steel rods with a diameter of 6 mm.

Topside steak is sliced from the whole topside which comes from the inside of the hind leg, between the thick flank and the silverside. Although sold as steak, performs best when diced for slow-cooking in a hearty casserole or braise.
