The VCI protection becomes part of the tray and - combined with a closed outer packaging - makes further corrosion protection unnecessary. You can directly load the trays, minimize the need for packaging components and optimize handling at the workplace. Trays made of cast fibre or corrugated board are ideal for one-way use. After use, the film and tray can easily be separated, so that both materials can be sorted and disposed of.

To ensure safe transport and enable an easy handover of the products during later industrial processes and assembly, we ship our springs and sub-assemblies in special packaging.
