AMT&C LLC offers a full range of services in calculations, design and manufacturing of permanent magnet assemblies with required magnetic field configuration. Many years experience in complicated magnetic systems production combined with application of modern most effective magnetic materials permit us to reach high parameters: - to produce, with permanent magnet systems, the magnetic flux density up to 3 Tesla and more; - to reach high homogeneity up to 105; - to create magnetic systems with complicated field pattern; - to produce adjustable magnetic field generators on the basis of permanent magnets. The magnetic field changing rate in such systems can reach 10 Tesla per second.

The workholding magnets 090602010 to 090602030 consist of a permanent magnetic system with fine pole divisions (4 mm) which are effective on two or three faces. To clamp extremely thin steel parts we recommend the magnet 090602040 with the finest pole division of 1.3 mm. The magnetic lifespan of the workholding magnets under conditions prevailant in industrial machining is unlimited. Approximately half the height of the workholding magnets can be ground down or polished away with no significant impairment of the magnetic strength.

Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.

FX-WP lifting magnets are waterproof to 1.5m diving depth. The multi-sealed, super-strong permanent magnet system sits in a fully nickel-plated magnet body. It is a diver. FX lifting magnets in universal design convince by their wide field of application. The FX achieves good results with large air gaps as well as with thin flat and round materials with a compact design and low dead weight. The device is characterized by great robustness and a very good price/performance ratio.

FX-VV HOT for hot parts. A special permanent magnet system allows working temperatures of up to 300°C for a maximum of 5 minutes and of 250°C permanently. Ideal for moving heated tools and dies, or heat-treated workpieces. The FX-VV HOT holds what others drop. We offer a wide range of Permanent Lifting Magnets.

Pole reversal controllers from the FXL-C family reliably control not only our FXL magnetic chucks, but almost all electro-permanent magnet systems on the market. Input voltages of 100-500 VAC / 50-60Hz and matching modulated, pulsed output voltages and pulse powers of up to 24 kVA are unique key data, which are only required under extreme conditions, but provide maximum stability in normal use. FXL-C is available from simple, handy table-top units to control cabinet versions for large-scale applications; stand-alone from manually operated, part-connected with feedback to the machine up to full integration into the machine control for automated applications.

For testing cardio-stimulators and other medical devices, a set of the magnetic field sources was designed having a magnetic flux density in the working area from 1 to 300 mT.

AMT&C LLC developed several types of axial magnetic field systems of permanent magnets that allow to reach highly homogenous field in a wide ranges of magnetic flux density and working area size. Examples of magnetic systems, given in the table, represent typical axial field systems that were designed and manufactured according to customized technical requirements. At your request the magnetic field source will be optimized to get the required parameters.

The compact system of permanent magnets NdFeB, designed according to the principle of the dipole Halbachstructure, allows to get, inside the bore, rather homogeneous magnetic field with the magnetic flux density up to 23 Tesla. The system can be an efficient alternative to electromagnetic sources of the magnetic field, and can be used in scientific and applied research requiring magnetic fields of high intensity. Geometrical dimensions and magnetic flux density in Halbachtype systems can vary widely, the attached data and photos are typical examples. AMT&C LLC offers the manufacturing of steady magnetic field systems according the customer technical specifications. To improve the temperature stability the system can be assembled of SmCo magnets.
