We produced different qualities in terms of Pet flake size and colors however the product standards are ensured as per international parameters of end use of the Pet Bottle Flakes. Currently we are enganged in recyling Pet bottles to make Pet flakes. We have collection center in different locations of Bangladesh for collecting PET bottles. After collection, all the bottles are sorted and the lables are removed in our own factory. It is then crushed and washed properly by a team of highly skilled trained professionals to obtain the best quality .It is then tested in our own advanced laboratory for further inspection of quality of the product.After the quality is confirmed it is then packed in plastic bags of 25kg/ 50kg. The Recycled Soft 100 is made from 100% recycled materials and is recyclable. The Recycled Soft 83 is made up of 83% recycled polyester (rPET) and 17% polyamide. The polyamide in the cloth provides extra cleaning power, identical to a classic microfibre cloth. Collected PET bottles are collected, cleaned and crushed. Those remains are in turn woven into rPET yarn and microfibres. The Recycled Rapido is a short-use mop produced from 100% recycled materials and is even recyclable itself. The pad consists entirely of rPET, for which PET bottles are collected, cleaned and crushed. The remaining fibres are melted and processed into rPET chips. These are in turn spun into rPET yarn. By using rPET, we are drastically reducing CO2 emissions from the manufacturing process. This saves energy, raw materials and fuels. Of this more than 50% is recycled material from trays, and it is 100% recyclable. This facilitates its classification and recycling where the infrastructure exists to do so. Its excellent degree of transparency is comparable with products made from virgin plastic, and its specific mechanical properties ensure it will withstand any impact during the packaging process. SP GROUP rPET is entirely suitable for food use, and holds EFSA certificate No. 2017/4843. Properties: Very transparent, thermoformable. Applications: Trays for many products, including: cakes, biscuits, salads, and fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as other non-food products: perfumes, cosmetics and blister packs.
