Hedgehog fingers/ hedgehog mats/ hedgehog bands are used for safe transport of sensitive and pressure-sensitive fruit as well as vegetables. The hedgehog tapes can even be glued with a PVC carrier tape. Thanks to an approval according to various regulations of the EU, we can offer you a top material with the casting polyurethane Intec E for extreme applications in contact with food. Whether for small quantities from 1 or for large-volume components weighing up to 900 kg, Intec E covers the entire range in hardnesses from 45 Shore A to 93 Shore A. If you need large quantities, we offer food contact approved materials in injection molding with up to 6 kg weight and 1.5 m² area.

There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

Foam A quality in different dimensions

Bubble wrap made from polyethylene. Bubble sizes can be either 10mm or 25mm. Different colours are available.

Insulation foam for pipes or walls. Used in construction business. Available in different sizes or colours. Laminated foam products are available (aluminium laminated foam, film laminated foam, etc.)

Pool noodle toys made from polyethylene. Different colours and sizes are available.

PE shaped foam. Used for packaging of goods.Shape can be O, U, D, T, V, or flat. Different dimensions and colours are available.

Foam sheet is used in varius markets such as packaging, construction etc. Available in different thicknesses and colours.

PA 6, natural / black extruded is a tough material with high resistance to abrasion and impact. PA 6 is commonly used as a substitution material for bronze, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, as it has significant weight advantages. PA 6, natural / black has a specific gravity of 1,15 g/cm3 and bronze has 8,8 g/cm3 making the comparative volume price very attractive.Using PA 6 also reduces lubrication requirements and is non-abrasive to mating surfaces.It features good mechanical properties.Nylons can absorb up to 8% water (by weight) under humidity or submerged in water. This increases the excellent shock and vibration resistance but can also lead to dimensional changes. Mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties are accordingly influenced by moisture absorption. Applications: Pulp and paper industry, offshore and marine, textile, general machine building, food industry, material handling, electronics, construction, mining, aerospace and many more.
