Bitumer Primbit R is a high-quality solvent-based asphalt solution with additives. It is used to prime the surface of a structure before applying the actual asphalt insulation and to maintain corroded concrete surfaces. It is an adhesion-enhancing and priming compound for asphalt masses. •ready for use after mixing, • waterproof, immediately after laying on the surface to be insulated is completely resistant to water flushing, •highly efficient, increases the adhesion of substrates to proper insulation, •perfectly penetrates deep into insulated surfaces, •for application by brush or roofing brush, •has good adhesion to dry substrates (concrete, tar paper, eternit, steel structures, etc.),

“Powder coating” is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered using an evaporating solvent, powder coating is usually electrostatically applied and then heat-cured. The powder can be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is harder than traditional paints. Powder painting is mainly used for coating metals such as household appliances, aluminium profiles, drum components, and car and bicycle parts. Newer technologies allow powder coating with other materials, such as MDF (Medium Density Fiber), using a variety of methods. Powder coating is very often used to properly prepare and protect various metal materials. Choosing this technique is very cost-effective as it has many advantages. Hotmelt polyester strapping is substitute product of strapping in the past called „Weatherguard“. Since Weatherguard was manufactured with cold glue, Hotmelt strapping is manufactured with hot glue technology. The polyester yarn strands are longitudinally bonded and covered with hot melt glue. Hotmelt strapping is used for light to medium duty applications. It is UV and humidity resistant, but sensitive to high or low air temperature. At low temperatures below 0°C the strap freezes, becomes stiffer and loses the elasticity, but all other features are not affected and once strapped, your merchandise can be stored outdoors at low temperatures without any restrictions. Due to its physical characteristics (hot melt glue), at high temperatures Hotmelt strapping becomes softer and could slip in the buckle under some circumstances (movement of strapped merchandise). Therefore, in this case for outdoors applications in warm regions with air temperatures much above 30°C

In our own laboratory equipped with Instron tensile machine, all products are regularly tested during production process. We use ASTM (American Standard for Testing Materials) test methods, which includes breaking strength test, elongation test and joint breaking strength test (in combination with a buckle). Besides testing of finished products, all raw material is tested. We are also proud to announce that since 2016 two most common WOVEN strapping – 32mm with BS 2000kg and 2300kg are type approved by DNV (Det Norske Veritas).
