The flexibility of garland sets enables their adaptation to the material to be transported, facilitates transportation, reduces impacts on the rollers, and limits any lateral slipping of the rubber matting. They are mounted on pre-lubricated angular or radial ball bearings and protected with double labyrinth, triple labyrinth dust seals with additional watertight protection. Monobloc steel rollers are used in belt conveyors with medium, heavy or very heavy loads.
