Needles to say safety is always first and foremost with the oil heating units in the IDS Series: The units are standard-equipped with an electronic flame safeguard, safety thermostat for overheat protection and fully automatic aftercooling.

This device from the IDS pro series is very flexible. On the one hand, its carriage with big wheels enables a quick transport and easy set-up even on building sites and uneven terrain. On the other hand, there is no need for an external oil tank because of the integrated fuel container. The oil heater fan is originally "Made in Europe" and as standard equipped with electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling. Additionally, the double-walled housing with protective coating increases safety at work by minimizing the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries and further offers an effective soundproofing.

Electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling are further safety measures. The carriage and big wheels provide sufficient flexibility. Especially when working on building sites, the location can simply be changed. The oil heater fan IDS 80 further comes with a connection facility for an air transport hose and a two-way hose distributor.

KLN manufactures various cleaning machines acc. to ATEX (ATmosphère EXplosibles) for the use of combustible liquids. The cleaning machines can be used separately or in combination with other methods. The cleaning tanks must be operated at a well ventilated place. The combustible cleaning agent can be filled in directly into the tanks. The ultrasonic generators are set up separately. A safety thermostat (setting 15°C below the flash point) controls the adherence to a max. temperature and in case of excess temperature it switches the machine off. The cover included in the delivery avoids emissions from the tank during standstills. The machines can also be used in connection with aqueous cleaning methods.
