Our aluminum extrusion dies, which we supply from special steel alloys, are capable of meeting the desired durability, function, smooth surface and EN-755-9 tolerance specifications. Thanks to the systems integrated with the latest technology in the mold house and our strong employees, all molds are regularly cleaned and maintained.

Flat and Tapered Beam Torque Wrenches The error proofing industry started with a deflecting beam wrench built and sold by Paul A. Sturtevant. That was 1924. Highly accurate, very easy to use, and so durable they often last for decades - and decades! The special alloy steel beam is ground to a rate of deflection with the use of dead weights, rather than a dimensional tolerance. This process is time consuming and very labor intensive, but the result is a tool that remains accurate as long as the beam is intact and the pointer is on zero under no-load condition. The flat shape of the beam insures the wrench remains at a right angle to the fastener, reducing or eliminating side-loading error. This unique taper-grinding distributes stress evenly along the entire length of the beam, extending tool life indefinitely. With a minimum of moving parts, these tools are virtually repair and maintenance free.

In our new production space, we have at our disposal 30 state-of-the-art automated punching & bending machines. In addition to bent wire parts, we also produce bent strip parts here. Production to order with complex forming: Bent strip parts are produced from a broad range of materials, including for instance stainless steel, alloyed or carbon steel, brass, copper, bronze, or even K55 or K75, a specially alloyed steel. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with a strip thickness of 0.15 to 3.00 mm and with a strip width of up to 120 mm; the strip thickness will be dependent on the material. Strip materials: Carbon steels, Stainless steels, Cold-rolled strips, Slit strips. Non-ferrous strips: Brass, Copper,Bronze,Special alloys such as K55 or K75. Strip coatings: Tin-plated, Galvanised, Silver-plated, Gold-plated, Painted, Partial coatings, Special coatings on request.

As mechanical connection elements, weld-on sockets are used wherever screw connections for measuring points need to be created quickly, reliably and economically. Along with standard weld-on sockets which is supplied in 1.4301 material, on request other materials such as special steels and alloys can also be used.

Titanium is a silvery-white light metal that is often found, but is difficult to extract. In its pure form titanium is easy to form, malleable, thermally relatively stable and very good electrical conductor. Important characteristics are its mechanical strength and low thermal expansion. Titanium is relatively resistant to air at room temperature and its corrosion resistance is comparable to that of precious metals. High-purity titanium is used as a getter metal to remove the last gas residues in vacuum technology, as it reacts with small amounts of oxygen. Corrosion-resistant, pure titanium is used in the construction of chemical plants. Due to their high strength, low weight and excellent corrosion resistance, titanium alloys are excellent construction materials for shipbuilding and the aerospace industry. Titanium is also an important alloying element in special steels.

The Murphy Bed mechanism is the most proven of all wallbed designs, having been in use for around 100 years. This design will provide years of trouble-free use and operate for thousands of cycles. Our mechanism is constructed of high-quality steel and is then powder-coated with a scratch proof, black ridge finish. The counter-balance extension springs are made of our special alloy steel. The number of springs needed may be increased or decreased depending on the weight of the mattress and other bedding. We provide a full set of springs to balance all mattresses. A nylon webbing strap holds the mattress in position once upright. The Murphy Bed installation may be attached to the floor; alternatively we have developed a new Wall Mount Bracket to enable the installer to mount directly to the baseboard (skirting board) to avoid cutting into carpet, wood floor, or concrete.

The profile pipe is produced by hot rolled and cold rolled methods, from sheet metal on specials. machine tools of standard, special and alloy steels. Metalware is widely used in almost all industries and spheres of activity, according to the type of execution, it is square and rectangular in shape, resistant to suspended bearing resistivity and loads. The profile pipe is applicable in construction, mechanical engineering, production sites and in everyday life. It is used to make sheds, balconies, children's playgrounds, frames for sports equipment, building frames, fences, bridges, walkways, tables, doors, trailers, etc. Cold rolled profile pipe lends itself better to bending on special equipment and, as a result, does not give cracks and chips on the bent surface. The actual cost of the profile pipe is shown in the table. The price of a profile pipe can be dynamic. We closely cooperate with Ukrainian factories and are ready to offer a profile pipe.

EAF+LF+VD+ESR ROUND AND FLAT BAR

21Cr-6Ni-9Mn is a high manganese nitrogen strengthened, austenitic stainless steel. It combines high strength in the annealed condition, excellent resistance to oxidation at high temperatures as well as good resistance to lead oxide and a high level of corrosion resistance at ambient temperatures. The alloy can be fabricated and formed much the same as type 304 and 316, and is readily wieldable. It remains nonmagnetic after severe cold work. Please note that we have a minimum order value of £10,000.

6 Mo (UNS S31254) is a super austenitic stainless steel with a high level of molybdenum and nitrogen, providing high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion as well as high strength compared with conventional austenitic stainless steels such as 316L. The alloy can provide excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking allowing tube cold formingand may be used without the necessity to re-anneal at testing up to 120°C.
