These bearings are doublerow, full complement with a low cross sectional height designed for use in sheaves. There are two types, sealed and shield type. They can withstand heavy radial loads and shock loads at comparatively lowspeed rotations, and can also withstand axial loads. It is easy to fix them axially to sheaves using the stop rings of the outer ring. The width of the inner ring is designed to be larger than that of the outer ring, so they require no spacer between sheaves. The structure is stable because the doublerow of rollers can withstand the moment loads caused by rope transition. The surfaces of these bearings are also treated to provide high corrosion resistance.

IKO Roller Bearings are heavy duty bearings with rollers incorporated in a double row. They are nonseparable bearings with a high load rating. They can withstand not only radial loads but axial loads as well, which are supported at the contacts between the shoulders of the inner and outer rings and the end faces of the rollers. They should be used at the fixing side of a shaft. Like needle roller bearings, they are also compact. Roller bearing types include caged, full complement and the type for sheaves, and they can be selected based on the operating conditions. These bearings are used in heavyduty machinery such as construction equipment, and industrial machines.

The new designed rotary swivel unit RT2A is the ideal solution for retrofitting your machine with a 4th and 5th axis. It is based on the proven and robust rotary tables of the RT2A series. The design is kept very compact to ensure the best possible use of space with high load capacity. The rotary swivel unit RT2A is available in the size variants RT2A150/200 and RT2A100/150. Various stepper or servo motors can be used as drives. While the conventional drives are dependent on an external controller unit, for the compact drives no additional controller is needed. The complete electrical parts, including the drive controller and encoder, are integrated on the motor board. Programming is done via standard PC using free software. The operation can be done without a PC, the created driving programs are stored in the compact drive and can be accessed via a separate input. The series of RT2A distinguishes by compact design with integrated precision roller bearing and worm drive. The rotary tables are sealed, IP 50 and can be driven in all fitted positions. For the mounting, standard drilling plans and special mounting flange and clamps can be used. Different limit switches are available: Standard: reference impulse, PNP-NC, 2 channel.

This multisided applicable precision rotary table is available in installation size of 300 mm of rotary plate diameter. The rotation plate is stored by a tempered roller-bearing. This enabled high moment rigidity within the radial and axial range as well as free positioning at less friction moments. The drive takes place alternatively via stepper- or AC servomotors by a hardened and polished precision worm with a worm wheel of bronze. The rotary table is horizontal and vertically applicable by standard drilling plan and bolting face.

The rotary plate and the housing are made of gray cast iron.

A lever clamping permits a simple, fast and exact adjusting of different working levels, without any efforts to adapt the devices. The swivel unit is available for the rotary tables RT2A075, RT2A100, RT2A150 und RT2A200. Field of applications: Assembly technologies, measuring and testing equipments, laser writing, welding, cutting, as well as special mechanical engineering. Features (RT2A100, RT2A200): Individually adjustable swiveling range from -5° to +95°. Fixed stop iin the 0° and 90°. Other positions possible by customer request. Franke bearing asseblies type LVG are bearing assemblies made of aluminum, designed as double row angular contact roller bearings with integrated bearing elements. LVG bearing assemblies are suitable for the highest load ratings. They convince by high rigidity, low rotational resistance and low weight. Designed as roller bearings, they can support high loads from all directions and are insensitive to shocks and vibrations. Franke LVG are sealed on both sides and are set with preload. By using aluminum, Franke beaing assemblies type LVG are 60% lighter than comparable steel bearings.

Franke bearing elements of type LEL are suitable for high demands on running characteristics and accuracy. Due to the hardened and CNC-ground raceway as well as the ideal geometrical adaptation of ball and raceway radius, they have outstanding bearing characteristics. Bearing elements of type LEL allow the greatest possible freedom of bearing design. The mounting space is between 5.9 mm and 20.9 mm. For special requirements, raceway thicknesses up to 20 mm and ball sizes up to 50 mm are possible.
