TITANIUM The new generation of wave soldering systems – lead free soldering without corrosion. TITANIUM is the innovative soldering solution developed by STRECKFUSS SYSTEMS. It uses titanium, an agent which is extremely lead free solder resistant. For this reason, titanium works perfectly in lead free soldering processes. An oxide film immediately covers all material damages and thus prevents corrosion. In contrast to wave soldering systems with stainless steel components, titanium is not subject to corrosion even when lead free solder is used. By means of a simple and safe solder bath exchange, TITANIUM makes it possible to switch flexibly from a standard soldering process to lead free production. This ensures maximum flexibility at minimum costs and easy handling. TITANIUM is a complete system and includes: Spray fluxer with extraction hood Double wave 3- D wave (for the prevention of solder bridges) Infrared preheating Microprocessor controls Soldering frame transportation system

To conform to market requirements, widely differing machines for painting/coating mouldings, window parts and other profile components were developed. The type and number of guns depends both on the paint system and on the quality envisaged. Air, Airmix or Airless spraying systems can be used for this purpose. The individual machine types can be configured with all conveyor systems of our portfolio and combined with the respective drying systems. The difference between the VEN SPRAY MOULD (LT) and (LW) variants is their type of extraction. LT stands for dry extraction, LW for water-backed extraction. VEN SPRAY MOULD COOLAC is exclusively designed for processing water-based paints. The overspray is constantly collected and condensed in chilled collector systems. The condensation of the controlled air humidity keeps the collector devices and chilled conveyor systems permanently wet. This reliably prevents paint particles from drying during operation. The strip painting plants can be supplemented by further Venjakob plant technologies specifically tailored to the process such as brush sanding/denibbing machines, dryers or conveying equipment.

Two-station fully automatic centrifugal casting machine is composed of the two engines and a auxiliary engine. The two engines which are controlled by VFD are parallel layout. The two engines share auxiliary engine and pouring equipment. Auxiliary engine is controlled by servo and it includes cleaning, spraying, pouring, cooling, casting extraction devices .The whole process are controlled automatically. The main engine’s speed is adjustable and steady in the high speed.The Spraying process is very advanced of multistage velocity control. The key process parameters are real-time monitor and adjusted by automatic control system. So it can ensure the casting process parameters repetition and consistency. It eliminates the influence of artificial factors to the casting process parameters. So it ensures stable quality of the casings.
