Collett has an established reputation and well-developed relations with both charterers and vessel owners, with the ability to match cargoes to vessels effectively and in a timely manner.

The knowledge, skills and expertise held within Collett Marine allows us to provide marine logistics solutions across a variety of vessel chartering markets, from breakbulk through to heavy lift abnormal loads and industrial quantities of base commodoties. The expertise within the Collett Marine Team allows us to regularly fix vessels with different charter parties from part cargo, voyage charter, time charter and contracts of affreightment. We have the ability to charter for deep sea or short sea shipments, including coaster vessels, geared vessels, river barges and pontoons.

Our in-house Freight Forwarding Team possess extensive knowledge and experience in the shipping industry, organising freight transport on behalf of our customers, providing a worldwide service for the forwarding, import and export of goods from manufacturer to final destination. Our Forwarding Agents book freight on a variety of shipping and multi-modal providers including sea, air, road and rail, often using multi-carrier types for each shipment, all of which is expertly managed. As international freight forwarders we offer logistical breakbulk solutions to customers worldwide. Our Forwarding Team regularly handle multi-modal shipments, providing transport solutions, preparing & processing customs and advising as to other specific import and export documentation.

LICATRANS can offer our customers to carry loads in road tankers (cisterns) or sea containers under favourable conditions by using services of sea ferries.

The new developed chemical suit with SOLAS/GL approval has an integrated anti-fog coating with additional Teflon- film disc. The gloves of the type WIPAN-C with fabric interlinings and external coating of VITON, are worked into exchange technology, therefore inner- and out gloves are not necessary. All common breathing apparatus can be used under the suit. A 130cm long gas- and liquid tight zipper is placed on the right side, which is protected by labyrinth cover and so installed that it can be closed from bottom to top. The suit disposes of radio equipment bag and is suitable for height from approx. 170cm to 200 cm.
