Zepter Felix carving knife is an expertly crafted tool with a wonderfully sharp edge and a flexible blade for carving mastery. Unlike its counterparts, carving knives have longer and thinner blades with the slim-line design to make clean cuts through roasts of meet and cooked poultry. Use it to cut large melons, starchy oversized roots and winter squash or to portion baguettes, bread or layer cakes.
