Ultra-high viscosity and vacuum emulsifying mixer adopts a combination of high emulsifying , low speed stirring and combining. The capacity, size and shape of the storage barrel, allowing the storage of powders, granules or other materials, can be customized to meet customer needs. The silo can be used in conjunction with a pneumatic conveyor system/air distribution equipment. Powder suction/powder receiver hoppers use air to convey the powdery material and can be specified in butterfly valve type and rotary valve type. The advantage of air conveyor/pneumatic conveyor system is the small residual amount of pipeline, which ensures that the pipeline is empty between the production of each batch to meet food production regulations. The powder suction/powder receiver hoppers are designed to be quickly dismantled and cleaned, without tools, which is convenient for maintenance to comply with food regulations. Apron conveyor is widely used in industry because it works steadily and it is easily cleanable and portable. Covers on both sides of the conveyor ensure there is no material exposure. The overall sizes and angles of the machine are adjustable to suit the designs desired by the customers. Materials in flake or powder form, such as food or chemicals, are best suited for this type of conveyor. Wheels attached to the bottom of the frame provide convenient mobility.

The hammer crusher uses the high rotation speed of rotating blades, which come in different sizes and shapes depending on the type of materials to be crushed. The size of the particles to be obtained can be controlled by changing the mesh of the sieve or by adjusting the speed of rotation of the blades. The advantage of the hammer mill is the low risk of mesh clogging due to the increased screening surface. The hammer crusher is robust, easy to maintain and transportable.

The centrifugal sieve adopts a drum-shaped sieve structure. The materials are forced through the cyclonic screen by the fan blades rotating at high speed. Materials with desired particle sizes pass through the screen and are collected at the collection conduit. Larger size particles are discharged through the discharge duct to achieve optimum screening effect. The many advantages of the centrifugal screen are the small installation space, effortless ease of maintenance, and quiet operation. The centrifugal sieve is suitable for materials that can be easily agglomerated, such as sugar, cream or high-fat cocoa powder.

The Rocking Mixer is a gentle mixing system. The bucket is fitted with mixing turbine blades. During rotation, the machine also oscillates back and forth, achieving both a diffusion and motion-blending effect. The rocking mixer has the advantages of maintaining the integrity of materials, which means that the materials are not easily broken inside the drum, the mixing time is short and the result is a high uniformity. The rocking mixer is easy to maintain. It is suitable for materials such as medicinal or seasoning powder. A combined semi-automatic feeding system is optional.

Biconical Mixer comes in two types: deflector or blade. The advantage of the blade is that the material has high fluidity, and each batch can be completely removed without residue. It is suitable for mixing materials with different weight to content ratios. The mixing tank can be tilted at any angle, which is convenient for discharging and cleaning. It is suitable for contents with large proportional gaps such as medicine, food, chemical, or plastic materials. Options for combinational equipment are automatic feeding systems or liquid pumps for liquid mixing.

Bulk bag dischargers ensure the smooth discharge of materials. They are divided into the particle type and the powder type dischargers. The bulk bag powder discharger is equipped with a vibrating bridge destroyer and a sealed connection tube to guarantee a dust-free process. Crane or stacker feed are both optional. Bulk bag dischargers are suitable for all kinds of granular or powdery materials such as food or chemicals.

The feeding station (hopper) minimizes dust spillage through the blower and filter stand when manually opening and discharging the bag of material into the production line, thus keeping the working environment clean. Vibrator, filter, magnet, vibrating bridge destroyer, material suction equipment and feeding screw are all optional equipment.

The dust filter is located at the front of the blower, which allows efficient filtration of the air emitted. The filter is equipped with an air purge system that automatically cleans and keeps the filter screen unclogged. The filter area can be manufactured according to customer requirements and is equipped with different types of filters, suitable for different industries and conditions. A manual butterfly valve and a dust container are located under the machine to facilitate cleaning. It is suitable for food, chemical and plastic powders.

The screw conveyor conveys the material using the rotation of the screw blade and controls the discharge volume through the size and speed of the screw blade. There are two types of screw conveyor: U-shaped screw conveyor with top cover and tube screw conveyor. The advantage of the screw is that it avoids the dust problems specific to the outlet connected by a closed circuit. It is suitable for conveying various powders. The power end comes with different storage drum options.

The conventional packaging method is to first rinse the bottle and then fill it. But nowadays, a better modern method to meet food sanitary requirements is to reserve the tops of the bottle necks before the bottles are sent to the beverage factory. As the top necks of the bottles are removed by the neck trimmer and then immediately sent to the filler. The advantages are no need to rinse the empty bottles to save water and avoid the leftover cleaning liquid in the bottles and the problem of sewage treatment. The neck trimmer is a rotary machine. It is suitable for removing the top neck of HDPE bottles. The spare parts are easily exchangeable for handling different bottle sizes and the operation is done without using any tools.

Automatic palletizer (best design for shrink wrapping): Automatic palletizer is used to load pallets with shrink wrap, paper partition is inserted into each layer automatically, it could prevent the unstable pile from collapsing. High level automatic palletizer and automatic low-level palletizer: Driven by chains and motor, the ejector device can push packages with push bar. By using an air cylinder, the ejector can stack packs on pallets firmly fixed at the center point and aligned in good order, according to the number of packs and the arrangement required. With a steering mechanism, the ejector device can align the bundle after a rapid steering movement forced by the acceleration wheel of the steering table, which can save the pushing time. Automatic Plastic Crate Palletizer: The automatic plastic crates palletizer is suitable for stacking all plastic crates. All stacked crates are automatically arranged in order on the pallet.

Tilting Conveyor (Internal Cap Processing): The bottle tilting conveyor is able to put the bottle in the lying position, the bottle opening and the cap can be sterilized in 30-40 seconds. Waterfall Type Cap Elevator: The strips on the elevator will hook the caps to go up, due to the central gravity difference, the caps in the wrong direction will fall down, after getting to the top of the machine, the caps will be blown into the cap chute by compressed air.

BOX & CRATE STACKER : Crates are stacked one by one vertically. Stacked height is around 4~5 layers. AUTO CRATE WASHER : The machine is suitable for washing and drying plastic crates. The spray nozzles in the crate washer are imported from Japan, Europe and the USA and can be designed to clean all angles of the crate.

The shrink wrapper works with shrink films which provide high quality, wrinkle-free packaging that adapts the film to the shape and dimensions of the product. Applications: Food products, medicines and medical products, cosmetics, metal products, chemicals, etc...
