Magnetic Deaerator and Dirt Separator are used with a single device to dissolve microbubbles, dirt, and air in high performance in heating and cooling installations. Micro smart filter design is the most important element of the system design. Optimum air and microbubble separation and very low flow resistance are available. It also has a high degree of dirt handling. With its magnetic Separator feature, ViraPlus separates the moving metal particles in the installation more effectively and ensures faster cleaning of the installation. It also extends the life of your pump and other connecting equipment by minimizing the damage caused by metal parts to high-efficiency pumps that provide low energy consumption.

Dosing pots are required in order to feed liquid chemicals such as corrosion inhibitors into closed systems. The dosing pots consist of a mild steel vessel with an inlet (return) and outlet (flow) valves, a drain valve, and a filling valve. A steel tundish, air release valve, wall mounting brackets, and a non-return valve. Dosing pots can also be supplied without the valves, and air release valve if requested.

Viratop Automatic Air Vents automatically purges air, micro bubbles, and other gases from the system into the atmosphere quickly and reliably. Air can be collected at high points or specifically designated collection points. There is a float-controlled vent valve in the air collection chamber of the Viratop. If the float loses buoyancy due to the air that has accumulated in the collection chamber, it sinks and the vent valve opens. Automatically air is purged. The float has enough space to move freely even if there are dirt deposits in the air collection chamber. This ensures to protect the valve mechanism from dirt.

The hydronic separator is a device that makes the primary and secondary circuits connected to it independently and can be used on hot or chilled water systems. The separator is supplied with an air-vent and check valve assembly to permit the automatic discharge of the air in the circuits, and a drain valve for removing any İmpurities deposited in the bottom of the unit. Connection Types, 1 – BOTTOM OPEN END CONNECTION It can be applied to all models. The “Direction Plug” supplied with the radiator free of charge is placed between 3-4 slices in radiators from the direction of hot water inlet to the 10th slice, and between 4-5 slices in radiators larger than 10 slices. The air vent valve should be installed across the direction plug. 2 – CROSS-CONNECTION It can be applied to all models. Hot water inlet and air vent valve must be at the top. 3 – PARALLEL CONNECTION It can be applied to all models. Hot water inlet and air vent valve must be at the top. 4 – BOTTOM ENTRANCE OUTLET (HB) CONNECTION It can be applied to all models. Direction plug is installed during factory manufacturing. Hot water inlet should be made from the outside and cold water outlet should be made from the inside. If hot water is input from the opposite side, only the 4th slice will be heated. 5 – COMPACT INTEGRATED THERMOSTATIC VALVE CONNECTION It can be applied to all models.

Economizer is a product which provides fuel saving and boiler efficiency in boilers, steam boilers, hot water boilers and hot oil boilers by using the heat of the flue gases in order to increase the temperature of the feed water (and fluids) in the system. The payback amortization of economizers varies depending on such factors as the capacity of the system, efficiency of the boiler, and its application areas. The pay-back period of an efficient economizer varies between 3 – 18 months.

In processes where there is waste flue gas heat at a relatively low temperature (e.g. chimney outlets of boilers), a significant amount of savings can be achieved by producing hot water. While the feed water fed to the boiler in steam boiler applications can be preheated with the heat taken, the hot water needed by the facility can be produced in various process chimneys. In cases where there is a low hot water demand, the flue gas temperature can be lowered below the condensation limit, and the total efficiency can be increased above 100% according to the lower heating value of the fuel. According to the application conditions, economizer design can be made with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium or PTFE (Teflon). Economiser equipment can be designed with smoke pipe or water pipe according to process conditions, and can be offered to customers with CE marking when necessary.
