The sliding cold room door has a frame formed by combining PVC plastic and aluminum parts. Our sliding cold room doors are equipped with a heavy-duty aluminum rail. Reinforced, big diameter ball bearings make sure the wheels turn smoothly. Combined spraybooths are designed for manual painting application for automotive industry with downdraft ventilation and drying system. It is manufactured from insulated panel body. Installed to the factory ground or to an metal basement, extraction air ducts are placed at the ground, Fresh air plenum and filtering system is located at the ceiling that creates clean environment inside the spray booth during the painting and drying application. Painting or drying option are selected manually from the control panel, flash-off and cooling positions are automatically controlled. Includes standard type illumination system and optionally Ex-zone, electrical control panel and wiring to the control panel is done. The spray booth is fully controlled by PLC control system and a touch panel. Control system indicates when filters gets contamnated. Filters are easy replaceable. The spraybooth is CE certificated and conforms to the European Norms.

The spraybooth is designed for manual painting application, with sidedraft ventilation and dry cardboard filtration system. The benefit of the retractable liquid spray booth is that it is an extendeable and saves space in the workshop at folded position during it is not used. The spray booth is environmentally friendly.

Tunnel type ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 180-200°C in 10 minutes, are used in the powder coating systems. Curing oven length is calculated according to the conveyor speed in order to achieve polymerization and curing of the work piece quantities per shift. The powder coating ovens are designed by us according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. These ovens are conveyorised, product inlet and outlets are opened designed accordint to the biggest work piece sizes. Oven can be designed as a tunnel, U, S or W-shaped according to the biggestt work piece and the work shop sizes. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating up the ovens.

Temperature/Oven/Furnace Filters are used in industry like drying units, Paint cabins where high temperature and airflow and capacity is required. Generally two class and grades are used Class EU4 (200°C) and Class EU5 (300°C) and avarage efficiency is 43%.
