Victory infrared quartz medium wave modules provide a fast, efficient heat source for a variety of industrial processes, primarily those that entail thermoforming of plastics. The range comprises five modules to suit different fitments, and spans wattages from 150–1250W. There is thus a module to suit a wide range of industrial applications, but if you have specific requirements, Victory’s technical team will be happy to discuss your specification and quote for it.

Infrared lamps provide a clean, efficient heat source for the catering industry in equipment such as heated counters and serveries. Victory Lighting’s infrared range includes hard glass, screw-in lamps for standard lamp holders, as well as double-ended, linear lamps for heater fittings. Victory also supplies lamp holders for those who wish to develop their own equipment.

For infrared heating in production processes that require a specific shape, Victory can produce contoured infrared lamps. They can be made to any shape and are available in a variety of finishes. Victory hard glass lamps are available in clear and red finishes. The use of special red doped borosilicate glass means there is no need to use potentially hazardous lacquers. Lamps are neck moulded to ensure caps will not come loose. 5,000 hour lamp life. Use for Catering, Agricultural, Paint drying, Personal care.

Tests of Victory PET lamps against a major competitor show that they provide more heat energy per Watt, so will save money for the user. They also have longer life than many competitors, which reduces replacement cost. They are available in a clear finish for use with external reflectors, or with a reflector coating. This coating focuses infrared heat forward in the direction where it is required, reducing the loss of heat to the rear and improving efficiency.
