PIPEVAC® is an innovative pipe protection system which has been developed to eliminate external corrosion by creating a vacuum around a pipe. With the creation of an external vacuum it is now possible to monitor the pipeline in sections, which enables our clients an opportunity to investigate any alarm and take action to protect their assets and the environment from pollution. An internal or external breach of the pipe will activate an alarm as vacuum pressure will not be able to be maintained. PIPEVAC® also prevents against CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) as the integrated vacuum system prevents moisture and oxygen from attacking the external surface area of the pipe, thereby preventing any of the conditions for corrosion to occur.

The OEG Offshore Cargo Basket range has been designed and manufactured in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 / BSEN 12079. The units are supplied with certified slings and shackles as standard. All units are stackable where deck space or yard space is at a premium. OEG Offshore Cargo Baskets can be supplied with cargo nets or tarpaulins and the base has integrated forklift pockets for ease of yard loading and offloading. OEG Cargo Baskets are supplied with internal tie down points through out the interior provide strong points to secure cargo. Optional guide rails and supports can also be provided to suit customer requirements. OEG Offshore Dry Goods Containers are supplied with door cargo nets and door tie back retainers. The base has integrated forklift pockets which provides ease of movement for yard loading and offloading. Our offshore containers are supplied with internal tie down points through out the interior providing strong points to secure cargo. Full offshore paint system blasted SA2.5 + 3 coat system is applied. Units can be delivered in customers paint colour with logos/decals fitted fully branded, ready to go to work.
