trak | uplift quadro traction battery is specially tailored to the requirements and challenges of high- tonnage electric forklift trucks, high-current applications as well as applications with dynamic load profiles. The cells of this advanced battery for heavy-duty applications meets the requirements of the DIN EN 60254-2 standard with regard to capacity, weight and dimensions and can therefore be installed in the same battery trays as conventional PzS cells. trak | uplift quadro is more energy-efficient and requires 7 % less energy for each charging process than a conventional PzS battery – and therefore ensures a reduction in power consumption. Furthermore, the trak | uplift quadro can be charged much faster, requiring at least 12 % less time for a full charge. The result: batteries are available more quickly.

The grid | power V X battery is characterized by its special design as completely cast positive plates with lamellar structure. The use of high-purity grid lead with a high electrode thickness as well as a low acid density results in an expected design life of up to 25 years. It is particularly suitable for high-current discharges of short duration and thus predestined for use in power plants and switchgear. The product design according to DIN 40738 ensures the highest compatibility when replacing and expanding existing plants and battery systems. In combination with the HOPPECKE grid | AquaGen recombination system, maintenance costs can be reduced, and even maintenance-free operation can be achieved.

The grid | power V H series is particularly suitable for UPS applications with discharge times in the short-time range (1 minute to 3 hours) without falling below the permitted final discharge voltage. grid | power V H is the optimum solution for high-current applications and partial-cycle use. It is typically used in power plants and energy supply systems, UPS and switchgear. Extremely extended water refill intervals up to maintenance-free, high-energy density and long service life characterize the grid | power V H batteries. The trak | uplift iQ battery is equipped with the trak | collect battery controller, which measures the battery status in real time to increase productivity and operational safety. The current status of the battery is always indicated by an LED display near the battery socket. trak | uplift iQ is Fleet Ready: The battery system communicates with the environment (e.g. charger, PC and vehicle) and transmits battery data for battery and fleet management.
