TYC 22 Press The French company DubourgelGrange is renowned for the quality of its sanitary product range. The factory has fully automated "REP Tung Yu" machinery equipped with handling units and robots (loading and unloading), which operate in 3 shifts for the major part 7 days a week. These machines are used to produce highend toilet covers and seats made in thermoset resin (ureaformaldehyde).

Type V410 Core 1,600kN G10 is the 10th generation of REP injection molding presses with two versions available, on the one hand the Lean range G10 Core and on the other hand the Performance range G10 Extended. The G10 Core is a machine line, which has been matched for less demanding processes. It features all major costoptimized functionalities and the expertise of REP.

Hydraulic presses for a broad variety of pressing, foaming, punching and forming tasks FRIMO HyPress standard machines can be adapted to fit table size, stroke, clearance, and press force requirements. Numerous options are available including safety packages, pivoting rams and tables, tool change systems, automation solutions, and complete customizations. The standard presses are designed as bolted, welded structures. The machine feet, head and sides are manufactured with high precision and fastened with fitting keys. The ram is guided via prisms and can be easily readjusted. It can alternatively be column-guided.

The conventional PB series press brake are manufactured with a heavy duty welded steel frame with strong torsion bar and hydro mechanical balancing system ensuring a long working life. PB machines range from 35 tonnes through to 300 tonnes with a bending length of up to 4100mm. All PB machines accept euro style tooling and are supplied with digital readouts for stroke control and for the power back gauge position. Side and rear guards with electrical interlocks are fitted as standard for increased safety.

The Morgan Rushworth PBXS CNC hydraulic press brakes are fitted with the new ESA S 560 Touch Multi axis controller which is a very user friendly and intuitive programming unit. While data input into the S 560 Touch is very rapid, there is also the option of preparing the production off line on a PC with the software provided, enabling feasibility checks prior to production. Multi bend operations with complex forms can therefore be effectivel managed reducing operator error and over bending . All axes are fully synchronised and accurate 0.01mm utilising proportional valve technology. Monoblock welded steel frame ensures minimum deflection under maximum load. The PBXS CNC range spans from 1250mm x 40T machines up to 8100mm x100T models. A comprehensive range of options including anti deflection tables available to fully ‘tailor’ machines to customer requirements.

The Simasv hydraulic horizontal bending machines are ideal for precision bending, straightening, punching and shearing. All models are equipped with powerful hydraulic cylinders located below the table providing an unencumbered working area. This is of particular benefit compared with traditional bending machines and pressbrakes as enclosed bends can be completed without colliding with the machine frame. Available with capacities from 22 tonnes up to 100 tonnes and with a large range of tooling, these machines have proved capable of performing a whole variety of operations.

These models include many features of the popular HFP models but with the addition of heavy top and bottom ram plates with tee slots for easy fixture of tools, adjustable limit switches for ram stroke and return, and twin guidance pistons in addition to the main ram.
