Magnetic motor feedback systems are proving themselves in numerous applications in linear drive technology, handling systems, circuit board assembly, robotics and in a wide range of automation solutions in the context of Industry 4.0. ABB repair, exchange & replacement parts for ABB IRC5 & S4 Pendants Since the start of 2018, we also supply reconditioned repairs as well as exchange and replacement parts for handheld robot control panels from the IRC5, IRC5P, S4, S4+, S4C+, S4P and S4P+ product ranges manufactured by ABB. During the repair process, we ensure that components that are better than the manufacturer's are installed in addition to the manufacturer's original parts. As a preventative measure we also replace any components that are subject to ageing or use related wear. In addition to using components approved by the manufacturer or legislator, we test the reconditioned ABB handheld control panels with original IRB ABB robots under conditions that correspond to the actual working environment. We can therefore also provide an 24 month warranty* on the complete ABB handheld control panel.

Our PLQE is uncomplicated and powerful. It can be connected directly to your installation without the need for an intermediate flange. The large deep groove ball bearing at the output can absorb large axial and radial forces. WPLHE Economy right angle gearbox Axially space-saving, economical, IP65-compliant and designed for high radial and axial forces at the output: The WPLHE combines all the advantages of the successful PLHE, the world‘s first combination of the Economy and Precision gearboxes, as an right-angle variant.

The PFHE represents an economically attractive alternative for high-load applications in which high radial loads occur. The combination of special pre-stressed inclined roller bearings and a flanged output shaft in accordance with EN ISO 9409-1 gives the PFHE a very high load capacity. Thanks to the radial shaft seal that is used, this gearbox achieves protection class IP65 at the output side and can therefore also withstand adverse usage conditions.
