We are 4Tex. We develop innovative products for the semiconductor industry with a focus on performance and resistance, particularly with aggressive liquids such as highly concentrated acids. Dynamic changes in temperature and their measurement, flow control and monitoring are distinguished by our "fluid treatment system". Our range of products and services is rounded off by the opportunity to measure the exact concentration of the various components of acid mixtures. We sell spare parts, upgrades, components and solutions for spin processors made by the company SEZ, which has since been acquired by the Lam Research Corporation. We develop replacements for original components and modules that are no longer available. We help our clients in tool-down situations, either over the telephone or on site. You can also rely on our experience when it comes to refurbishment of facilities, relocation or auditing. We are a team of trained mechatronics engineers, electricians, draughtsmen and constructors that is passionately dedicated to the research and development of technical solutions.
